Duplex apartment situated in the hills above Villefranche. Amenities are within walking distance and the complex has an excellent pool along with secure car parking.
The apartment comprises of a large living / dining room with seating for 8 persons. There is direct access to the terrace which has a motorized awning and furniture for outdoor dining. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with American fridge / freezer along with separate access to the terrace. On this level there is also a bedroom with king size bed, terrace, bathroom and separate toilet. The first floor comprises of two twin bedrooms with bathroom, shower room and separate toilet. There are also two terraces on this level with spectacular sea views and outdoor furniture.

The Cote d'Azur has the perfect climate with very long summers and mild winters. The Mediterranean sea provides water sports for everyone including sailing. The Alps provide the perfect backdrop to this region and there are plenty of sights within a short drive by car.
Villefranche Sur Mer / Col de Villefranche area
Villefranche sur mer is approx 20 mins from Nice, and 10 mins from Beaulieu, Eze and Saint Jean-Cap-Ferrat. This is a beautiful town right on the coast with a lovely sandy beach, plenty of cafes at which to enjoy a leisurely coffee, and restaurants featuring classic French cuisine. The heart of the old town is full of charm, with narrow streets winding between red-roofed houses, and there are excellent transport links to all the other classic Cote d'Azur towns.
How to get there
By Air - Nice Cote d'Azur airport is approx 10 km away. There are daily flights with easyjet and other low cost airlines from the UK and Ireland. Transfers to Villefranche - sur - mer can be made by bus, train or taxi.
By Car - Hire car recommended but not essential from Cote d'Azur Airport or downtown Nice. Directions to the apartment will be forwarded on receipt of booking confirmation.
By Train - Eurostar operates from London to Paris with the TGV connecting to Nice. Villefranche - sur - mer station is approx 1km away.

Conditions
A deposit of 25% is required with booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. A damage deposit of £300 ten days prior to arrival which is refundable at the end of stay, less the cost of any breakages. Linen and towels are included in the rental charge. Electricity and water charges are included. End of stay cleaning included.
