The entrance of the villa is large and very bright with large windows. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a nice bar. Next to the kitchen you'll find the cellar with washing machine and dryer. The living room is bright as well and opens onto a terrace with dining table and chairs. On this level you'll find the first double bedroom with bathroom and dressing. This bedroom comes out on the same terrace as the living room. In the hallway there is a guest toilet. The children's bedroom with bunkbed, tv and video is on the first level, this bedroom also opens onto a terrace. There is also a dressing and play room. The third bedroom has a doube bed and bathroom and also opens on a terrace. A level lower then the living room you'll find the 4th double bedroom which can also be used as staff room. Furthermore there is a sauna and hammam on this level and a separate toilet. The villa offers 200 m2 of living pleasure and the garden is 1000 m2. The pool has an against stream for those wanting to exercise and there is a jacuzzi in the pool. The villa has an alarm and there is enough parking place for 2 cars.

Nearby villages to visit are: Beaulieu, Eze (the village of Eze lies in the hills and offers spectecular views over Nice, Monaco and Italy). You can easily take the train to go to the famous market in Ventimiglia (Italy) on friday's. In the villa you'll find a book with all information regarding sightseeing and other activities.

Villefranche has an authentique historical village with cosy small cobblestone streets, nice restaurants, bars and shops and a very nice harbour. There are both public as well as private beaches.
