Home description

A Large elegant villa, south facing with sun all day. Behind electric gates with video entry, parking for 6 cars.
Superb private 12x4 metre heated infinity pool with latest saline purification. Poolside loungers, parasols, dining
table and poolhouse with shower changing room and wc. There is a Barbecue area in the lovely garden with stunning views out to sea. The villa is divided into two fully equipped self contained apartments, sleeping 6 & 4.
Located above the coast, it is perfectly placed for exploring the whole coastline. It is a 20 minute drive to
Monacoa little further to the Italian border. Less than 10 minutes to the three most exclusive bays of Cap Ferrat
Beaulieu sur Mer and Villefranche. The lovely coastal train can be picked up in either Beaulieu or Villefranche which will take you into Italy via Monaco or to Cannes via Nice.

Upper Apartment (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)
Comprises one Double room with Queen size bed and door onto sun terrace. Adjacent large marble tiled bathroom with bath/shower wc, bidet, hand basin etc. One Double room with twin Single beds and en-suite dressingroom and bathroom with toilet shower handbasin etc. Both bedrooms are south facing with sea view.
Spacious comfortable lounge and annexed dining area for six, with french door opening onto 50sq.mtr. terrace with stunning sea views, sunloungers and dining for 10.
Lounge equipped with satellite TV, DVD, video and stereo.
Modern fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven plus 4 plate hob, large fridge freezer with instant icemaker, iron and ironing board etc.

Ground Floor Apartment (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)
Comprises one bedroom with Double bed and two bedrooms with twin Single beds.
Spacious comfortable lounge with 3 sofas, arm chair and dining area for six, equipped with satellite TV, DVD, video and stereo.
One marble tiled Bathroom with bath ,shower etc. One separate WC. One Bathroom with toilet, shower, handbasin etc..
Modern fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven plus 4 plate hob, large fridge freezer, iron and ironing board etc.
A small Utility room.
A Garden area with Herb garden Sun Loungers and Dining Table.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The Cote d'Azur is the chosen home of many famous stars, why ?
We have very long summers and mild winters, we have the beautiful Mediterranean Sea with its glorious beaches, bays, palmtrees and beach bars. Sailing, diving and all kinds of watersports.
Behind us are the foothills of the Alpes with stunning views, forests, rivers and waterfalls only minutes away by car. There is no shortage of historical interest, visit churches, forts or museums. The area is littered with picturesque hillside villages with local artists in their colourful galleries as well as olives, wine, and other local produce.
Of course many people come here for the glamour of Monaco, Cannes or St Tropez... need i say more.

Villefranche Sur Mer area

There are beautiful Beaches in the picturesque bays of Villefranche and Beaulieu sur Mer, a coastal footpath will take you around the entire peninsula of Cap Ferrat with its rocky shoreline popular with Scuba divers. You could visit the Zoo or watch the sunset from the foot of the Lighthouse. Why not try your hand at Sailing, Waterskiing, Paragliding or hire a Jetski ? The area has many art galleries and Theatres as well as the Opera in Nice or perhaps you'd prefer the famous Casino in Monaco. Be sure not to miss the colourful narrow streets of Nice old town with its Flower market and many ancient churches.
In winter you can visit several Ski resorts, less than an hour and a half by car or just admire the snow capped Alpes. Golf courses available in Monaco and Nice within 15 mins drive.
There are two restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket etc, 5 mins drive.
Nice Cote D'Azur Airport is about 30 minutes drive. There are International, TGV and Local trains from Nice or Monaco 15 to 20 minutes drive. A local bus stops nearby.
A car is recommended.

How to get there

Fly to Nice cote d'Azur Airport. Eazyjet fly from many UK Airports.
Hire Car (recommended) from Airport or Nice. (near railway station, via direct bus).
30mins drive or Bus Possible - change at Nice bus station.

There is a Barbecue area in the lovely garden.
Each apartment also has a private sun terrace/garden area.

A deposit of 30% is required with booking and the Balance six weeks prior to arrival.
A Refundable, security deposit of £150 per person is required 10 days prior to arrival.

Bookings taken normally from Saturday to Saturday, this may be flexible in Low Season.
Arrival not before 4pm. Departure by 10am.

Linen, Electricity the final Clean and Pool maintenance are included in the rental charge.
There are no hidden extras to pay.

Conditions

A reduced fee for long term lets in low season may be negociated.
