Home description
Beautifully decorated Artist's Villa of 170 square metres. This comprises a 35m2 living room with huge glass doors leading directly onto the outdoor terrace with stunning sea views. The kitchen is very well equipped and the large kitchen windows open right up so you can look out to sea while you cook!
There are 4 bedrooms - and 4 bathrooms (two with showers and two with bath tubs) The Master bedroom has a cast iron clawfoot bath so you can look out to sea while you soak - and the large glass doors open right out onto the terrace for breakfast.
The gardens consist of 1000 square metres over 4 terraces. There is a shaded terrace dining area with sea views, covered in bougainvillea, jasmine and grape vines, which keeps this area deliciously cool for eating al fresco. There is also a wooden decked area of 75m2 with huge parasol, sun loungers, a Provencal BBQ and hammock - perfect for afternoon chilling out.
The garden has lemon, (great for G&Ts) , orange, plum, apricot and avacado trees and a vine with delicious green grapes throughout September.
There is an outdoor terrace - perfect for breakfast or evening drinks - where often in the summer months you can enjoy a free firework display if the yacht owners in the bay oblige :-)
There is ample parking right outside the house. The house is made of stone which keeps it deliciously cool in the summer months yet due to its positioning the garden gets sunshine all day long which is unusual in Villefranche!
The villa is in a quiet, prestigious location, minutes from the entertainment and nightlife of Villefranche centre & Nice. Monte Carlo is also just 20 minutes drive away. It is a real haven set in calm, beautiful surroundings and would be perfect for a group of friends, or 2 families holidaying together.

Guestbook for Villa Krisma
July 2007 - Thanks for a fantastic holiday in your beautiful house. We helped ourselves to fresh lemons off the tree every evening for our Gin and Tonics on the terrace! A great find that we would recommend to anyone without reservation. Lovely area and so peaceful. Many thanks, Nancy, Phil and family. Arizona.
We have spent a great two weeks here and are very sad to leave. The location is great - really close to Nice but also to the wonderful village of Eze and of course Monte Carlo. The owners recommended a ton of restaurants and places to visit which was great. The villa was exactly what we hoped for - great sea views - huge garden for chilling out and really tasteful designs inside. One of the owners is a painter/photographer and the house is full of her fabulous pictures. We will be coming back again for sure, The Burgess family, London.
