"La Bastide" was built in 1889 by Lord Salisbury, Prime Minister of the Queen Victoria. The Massa Family became the owners in 1947.

"La Bastide" is set in a five hectares of parkland where olive, lemon end oranges trees grow together with green oaks and cypress trees between the city of Nice and Monaco.

The property has a spectacular panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea, Beaulieu sur mer and the Cap Ferrat.

Every apartment has a south exposed terrace of 24m² with a wonderful view on the sea and the Cap Ferrat, a main room of 30m² and one chamber with double bed and AC, a kitchen and a bathroom.

By feet you can go to Beaulieu sur mer it takes 12minuts to the train station and 15 minutes to the see but we recommend you to have a car.

The housekeepers live in the premises all around the year.

The apartment is between Villefranche and Beaulieu.

You can visit the Villa Kerylos, the cap Ferrat, the old city of Villefranche and it's small and charmfull roads. At 8 Km you have the city of Nice with his famous flower market.
If you feel tired you can just lay down on the beach or have a glass at one of the nice bar in the city.
You also can make diving and in the winter time at one hour you can find ski station.
