Villefranche is located on the sea between Nice and Monaco (Monte-Carlo). Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu are both only a 2 minute drive away, while Nice and Monaco are each a 15 minute drive. Nice International Airport is only 8 miles away. The train station is only a short walk from the apartment, and from here visitors can quickly and cheaply travel to anywhere along the Cote D'Azur, from St. Tropez and Cannes through to Monaco and Italy. This is considered to be the best part of the French Riviera, and is truly one of the world's great locations.

Villefranche boasts a picturesque harbour, steep alleyways, colourful facades and a medieval citadel. Some of the streets such as the famous Rue Obscure have been untouched for over 400 years.
