Secure car parking free of charge available, although Villefranche, Beaulieu and St. Jean Cap Ferrat are all easily accessible by foot.

The beaches of Villefranche and Beaulieu Sur Mer are within a 10 minutes walk and the peninsula of St. Jean Cap Ferrat offers picturesque walks along coastal paths. Monaco and Nice are easily accessed, either by car, bus or train in approximately 15 minutes. Italy is a mere 45 minutes by train
How to get there
Flights with Easyjet ( www.easyjet.com ) BMI ( www.bmibaby.com ) and Jet2 ( www.jet2.com ) amongst others offer direct flights to Nice. Then it is either taxi from the airport to the residence ( approx 65 Euros ) or take the bus. From the airport, bus 98 to Gare Routiere ( Nice bus station ) then bus 100 for Monaco. The stop to get off at is outside the apartments of “L’Ange Gardien”.

Conditions
20% of total booking price to secure apartment. On arrival 300 euros refundable deposit to be paid on arrival. Balance of booking price to be payable not later than 8 weeks prior to occupation date. Returnable deposit will be returned on departure from the apartment after inspection and confirmation of apartment condition by agent and return of apartment key to agent. Change over day for June, July August and September is a Saturday with apartment available from 2pm onwards. Apartment must be vacated before 11am on the Saturday. Change over day for the other months may be negotiable.
Refund Policy for Cancellations: Over 8 weeks before due date of occupation: Loss of deposit 8 to 4 weeks: 50% Under 4 weeks 0%
