An ideal home to relax, unwind, gaze at glorious views. If you are seeking a holiday to explore, this is a perfect base to reach the mountains and towns of the Alpe Maritime area and/or the beaches of the fabulous Cote d'Azur

Our apartment was recently completely renovated and has a brand new kitchen with all new appliances. The main bedroom has fitted mirrored wardrobes, a Kingsize bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom Two has fitted wardrobes and two single beds that can also be joined together to make a double bed. Both bedrooms have new oak flooring. There is a large marble floored Living Room and Dining Area from which a balcony extends. A flat screen TV, DVD player and music centre are installed. The bathroom has a shower and vanity unit.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
St Paul de Vence or the medieval town on Eze of if you want glitz and glamour, Cannes, St Tropez or Monaco!
This area is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe and for many reasons.
Visit the famous Pont du Gard aqueduct, which was constructed by the Roman Empire thousands of years ago!
Visit one of the many art galleries and appreciate the immense culture of this beautiful region. Whilst visiting you must try some of the local wine, some of the best in the world, and while you are at it taste some of Frances traditional delicacies in the many restaurants in the area.
The Villefranche Sur Mer area
Fabulous gardens in the Villa & Jardin des Rothschild are a 'must see'.
Swimming, shopping, walking, touring - whatever you enjoy is nearby.
This t6own is full of different colours and landscapes, which you can explore from dawn till dusk. It has a lovely picturesque fishing port, where most of the fish in the local restaurants are caught!
Visit one of the local markets and taste some French delicacies available to buy.
There are also many gardens to visit in the area that have a breathtaking collection of flowers and plants.
