Formerly, the caretakers quarters for the expansive Count Siltokov estate overlooking the historic and picturesque village of Villefranche-Sur-Mer and the posh Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, this exceptional villa has been recently renovated and redesigned to maximize the stunning views offered by its incredible setting.

The charming exterior displays the classic stucco and tile roof that has come to characterize Mediterranean architecture, while inside marble bathrooms, contemporary appliances and antique furnishings are all welcoming additions. The front and back patios offer an excellent place to have an intimate dinner or a casual breakfast while basking in the beauty of the Cote d'Azur.

Overlooking the historic and picturesque village of Villefranche-Sur-Mer and the posh Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, the area retains much of its old world charm. This has been a popular destination since the Greeks and Phoenicians settled it in 1000 B.C.

The architecture, culture, and cuisine all reflect the splendid history of the region. Steep mountains disappear into the deep seas and clean beaches. Many mountain and coastal walks that take you from Villefranche through Beaulieu and St Jean, and then around Cap Ferrat.

Nearby waterfront restaurants of Villefranche sur Mer, beaches, harbour, and the shops of Col de Villefranche. There is bus and train access to nearby Eze, Monaco and Nice and to places such as Menton and Antibes.

Nice has a world renowned fruit and vegetable market and regular antique markets as well as museums, art galleries and an opera house. Attractions for all such as the Menton music festival, Monaco Grand Prix, and the film festival in Cannes.
