This villa overlooks the bay of Villefranche to Cap Ferrat and has been modernised to the highest standard. Its South facing direction ensures it gets the sun all day. Fully restored with marble or oak flooring throughout and fitted out with top of the range furniture. This is one of the most outstanding villas in a quiet area and is about 2800sq feet (260 sq. M) with 3 large balconies. The views from this part of Villefranche are regarded as unrivalled anywhere in the world !

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
This area of the Cote d'Azur is called the Golden triangle and is convenient to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Cap Ferrat and Monaco. Skiing in winter at Auron is a pleasant 100 minute drive.
Villefranche has an Old Town built sloping down to the sea on all sides. It is steeped in antiquity with Rue Obscure unchanged for 400 years and the Citadel built 500 years ago (See pictures). The Old Town streets are very narrow with many small restaurants and 2 churches.
The Villefranche Sur Mer / Villefranche Old Town area
Villefranche is steeped in history. The Citadel was built in the 15 century and is now a museum. Rue Obscure is a roofed street unchanged for 400 years and the Old Town has streets 2 metres wide and is a living small town. It is really unusual and full of local history with all the usual conveniences, small supermarket, bakery, fruit shops, newsagent , 2 churches, art galleries etc. The front of the port has many good restaurants and boats can be hired.
