The villa is two story with 4 bedrooms upstairs (one en suite) and 1 bedroom downstairs + games room, dining room, kitchen and lounge. Outside has a heated swimming pool, patio, garden and BBQ. The pool can be fenced off for safety.
There is a garage below the villa. If you have young children and want a centrally located villa on the Cote d'Azur, then this is ideal.

Villefranche is located between Nice and Monaco. It is beside Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat... known as the Golden Triangle. The village has an Old Town with narrow streets and ancient buildings.
The Citadel was built 600 years ago. There are 2 unusual churches built in the 18 century.

Villefranche Port has many good restaurants which are excellent value. Boats can also be hired. Villefranche is considered one of the most beautiful towns on the Cote d'Azur.
