Casa Colo is located only 2 min away from the beach, in the heart of the old town, on a very typical very quiet street. The house has been fully renovated in 2008 with all high standards amenities. After entering the private gate, you'll discover on the ground floor, 2 beautiful bedrooms, Roche et Bobois furniture, a large shower room, and a separate extra WC.
Take the on the suspended stairs up, and you'll discover out of the glass gazebo, the garden, with a magic effect also at night, and you'll arrive to the living dining and open kitchen area, all brand new and air conditioning. The kitchen is Italian designed, with all you need to cook a wonderful French meal, granite top, and wine electrical storage, to keep the right temperature for your "vine degustation". The glass structure allows to feel outside even if you're inside. If you step out on the 1st terrace, you will find a gorgeous stone table with a bench, for all your outside meals, and also the outdoor kitchen with the barbecue, and the sunbeds and outdoor couches to read or enjoy a drink. If you step down, you'll discover the natural stone fountain, the outdoor shower, and more sunbeds. Also, besides the French lavender and the rosemary, 2 gorgeous lemon trees, 30 years old. Feel free to have some if it's the right season ! A great romantic house, and a one of a kind in the old town.

Villefranche Sur Mer / Villefranche Old Town area
Villefranche-sur-Mer is in a village in the heart of the Cote d’Azur ( between Cannes and Monaco.) Created in 1295 by Charles II d’Anjou, this village has kept its picturesque charm with the progression of the centuries. The bold colors of Mediterranean style homes, the small and steep streets and the lack of cars in the old village will bring to mind times past while offering the finest of modern cuisine, art, and scenic views. Villefranche-sur-Mer is blessed with a Mediterranean climate; mild in winter and very warm in summer. Lots of shops, and very good restaurants in the old town.
From the house it is only 30 minute drive west to the Nice International Airport and a 30 minute drive east to the Italian border town of Ventimiglia. It is a 15 minute drive/bus/train ride to the city of Nice and 15 minutes to the country of Monaco. The city of Villefranche-sur-Mer is accessible by train and the station is a five minute walk from the house.

Welcome pack provided on arrival. English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions. Not suitable for children under 15. Arrival and departure possibly from saturday to saturday. But flexible, please ask us. Pets not allowed. Airport pickup available on request (extra charge). Discounts available for 2 weeks and longer stays. Quality linen and towels provided. Departure cleaning fee 120 € to be paid upon departure.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking except in the garden. Refundable breakages deposit of £1 500 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 30% of rental fee due to secure booking.
