About the home

Lovely and great villa .Located on hill lies 150 metres infront of one of the most beautiful beaches,Porto sa ruxi(Villasimius).The villa contains kitchen,dining and sitting area with two bedrooms,two bathrooms,two balcons,one terrazza,garden,BBQ and a portico(perfect to sit down to any meal of the day and looking the sea).This villa is great for those who desire a holiday of peace and quiet.

Enjoy having breakfast outdoors, you can smell the sea. Enjoy dinner, watch the sunset and sunrise, then at night with a few candles watch the star after a good dinner with fresh italian food and wine.
Garage is available.
Shared Swimming pool is open from 15 July to 15 September, the Tennis court is always available.

Villasimius

The Sardinia region

Sardinia is the second largest island of the Mediterranean sea after the Sicily.It is an acient island rich in history and legends and eveywhere there are traces of human settlments dated from the Neolithic age.It is an island of wild beauty,from dazzling white beaches to breath taking undiscovered country side.Someof the best beaches can be found not only at villasimius,Costa rei ,or the Costa Smeralda,but also in many other pars of the island.Many people have descrived sardinia as the Carribean of Europe which is why it is such a popular destination for holiday makers.
The waderfoul climate allows to have a very long summer season,from April to November.Sardinia is also a food-lover's paradise ,from fresh seafood,breads,olives and wine to suckling pigs and a wide range of cheeses.From many tourist Sardinia is the favourite island for their holidays.

The Villasimius area

Villasimius is a small village of just 3000 inhabitants, about 50 minutes drive from Cagliari, that during the summer months counts up to 60.000 visitors per month.
All thanks to the innumerable, wonderful places, visible from the panoramic coastal road, that leave everyone breathless.
But Villasimius is not only beaches and sea; it also has plenty of discos, night clubs, pizzerias and restaurants. It's one of the preferred destinations for the "night people".
Past the village centre, on the right, you'll find the large beach of Campulongu appearing in the Capo Carbonara gulf, where you might often come across cormorants.
Along the road to Capo Carbonara, you'll arrive at the marina, recently restored and modernised for the needs of those yachtsmen who choose their boat as a means of transportation to this corner of paradise.
On the left, you'll find the beautiful Simius beach, characterised by the sea's warm temperature. This is due to the area's morphology, protected from the sea currents and abundant with marine animals and plants.

Cheap flight avaible from www. easyjet.co.uk from London- Luton to cagliari airpotr.There are a number of different car hire companys avaible in the airport on arrival.Local taxi avaible,but can charge around 70 euros.
By Ferry from Civitavecchia (Rome) to Cagliari.

“Extremely friendly staff! Lovely villa , very quiet and peaceful place” Nicoletta, the owner, has been fantastic! She's been so helpful and patient. Without her help we wouldn't find all that beautiful places in Villasimius. The villa is closed to the beach, just five minutes by foot. . By car we enjoyed the lovely restaurants and beautiful places near the coast. We know that the best season is in spring/summer, but fortunately we've found a good weather for all the holiday. The location is amazing!! We hope to come back in summer very soon!

“Perfect peaceful hideaway with gorgeous views over the sea” Set in the hills overlooking the sea, the villa was everything that we were looking for. We - a couple in our early 30s - just wanted a peaceful week away where we could relax but still be in easy reach of local restaurants and shops. We wanted to be somewhere where we would be surrounded by locals, rather than other Brits on holiday and the location met our criteria! The villa was perfect and had absolutely everything that we needed - including two gorgeous terraces, and a bbq where we cooked most evenings. The beach, a short walk from the house, was good for swimming and relaxing on. However there were so many other fabulous beaches a short drive away, we didnt spend much time there. There are no restaurants within walking distance of the villa at the time we visited but i understand that during peak season there is a restaurant on the beach. There are some lovely restaurants 5 - 10 mins drive away though. I would highly recommend the villa!
