Very nice semi-detached villa approximately 50 meters from lovely and unspoilt white sandy beach. It comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, beautiful and big inner and outer private gardens, barbecue and parking.
The villa features characteristic terracotta-tiled floors throughout. The lounge/dining area is furnished with soft and comfortable rattan sofas and chairs, and solid oak dining table and benches. Large french windows lead out from the lounge onto a terrace on the front, and to a beautiful inner garden on the rear, ideal for al fresco dining and barbecue. A covered corridor skirting along the edge of the garden leads to the night area, including two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, and an impressive master bedroom with en-suit bathroom on the first floor. All bedrooms overlook the outer garden which, with its typical mediterranean trees, surrounds the entire house.

Villasimius area
The area around Solanas is the coastal part of Sarrabus, with small inlets alternating to long beaches.
Inland: the Sette Fratelli mountain park, an area with many granite rocks and deep valleys with holm-oaks, cork-trees, conifers.
Spectacular rocks for those who love bouldering (climbing on large rocks) and archaeological sites complete the description of that area.
How to get there
Fly to Cagliari, Villasimius is 1 hr drive. Cheap flights with Easyjet.co.uk from London-Luton.
Major international car hire available at the airport.
By Ferry from Civitavecchia (Rome) to Cagliari.
Local Couches run regularly between Cagliari and Villasimius (Please allow at least 1hr and 1/2 for the trip) -Local taxis available, but can charge around 70 euros
