The Cap Estate region
St. Lucia is located in the Eastern Caribbean, part of the chain of islands known as the Windward Isles. Just south of Martinique and north of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Lucia is a yachtsman's paradise and is ideally poised to offer some of the best sailing in the Caribbean. The island is 27 miles long and 14 miles wide and possesses some of the most spectacular scenery of any of the islands in the West Indies, including the Gros and Petit Pitons- the 2 basaltic remains of former volcanoes, numerous beaches and picturesque inlets.
With 2 airports, Hewanorra International in the south and George Charles in the north. Flying time is just 4 hours from New York and 8 hours from London, with the island being served by major airlines such as British Airways, Virgin, American Airlines and Deltal.
Long quiet, romantic beaches and all the watersports imaginable. Or just sit and soak up the sun. The weather temperatures range from lows of 21 to highs of 32 in the summer so all year round you can guarantee warm weather. It can be humid during the summer but cool winds from the sea gives respite to the temperatures. The rainy season can be from June to November but this is just usually a quick heavy shower followed by blue skies!

How to get there
About an hour and 45 minutes drive from Hewanorra International Airport.
Helicopter transfers are available to the north, taking only 10 minutes to Castries. From the UK, British Airways and Virgin fly direct, or you can transfer via the States.

Aircondiioning in the bedrooms. There is one bedroom and living space on the ground floor and then two further bedrooms on the upper floor. Due to the stairs, this property is not suitable for very young children.
