About the home

The Chalet has 3 floors. On the top floor there is the master bedroom, a bathroom and a children's room with a bunk bed. There is also a possibility of a babies bed that can be used if necessary. The 2nd floor has a kitchen, a living room with a connecting dining room followed by a big double bedroom with a bathroom, bath and terrace. The entrance is on the 2nd floor.

On the bottom floor is the ski entrance also used as a laundry room. Then there is a TV room with 200 channels in every language. Then there is a big bedroom with a bathroom and shower, and a TV. The heating works very well in the house. The house has an open garage for 2 cars. All rooms have TV, DVD and a terrace, except for one. If it snows alot there is a man who comes to remove the snow. There is a terrace for all rooms except for the last one down below.

There are many chairs that you can put inside if you have people over or need them. There is also an extra big table for 10 people and there is a BBQ gas. Jacuzzi. There is also a very fun trampoline for children AND adults.
It is situated in a very safe and quit area called "The Residence".There is EVERYTHING you need in town: Doctor, Dentist,Lots of supermarkets, clothes shops, good restaurants and tea rooms that are good after a tiring skiing day.

Further details outdoors:
You can always rent bicycles. You can organise to have a day by the lake to go fishing or on a boat. It is lovely to go walking in the mountains. There is a travel agency in villars that organise cannoing, trekking, mountain climbing and everything you need.

The Chalet will be very clean when you arrive. The beds will be made will towels on top.
If you need maid there will be a number left for you to use. There is alot of information in the kitchen on the information board. Any pets are aloud, providing that they are trained and will not ruin the chalet.

Conditions

From the 20th of December to the 15th of April is the skiing season. The house will be available during this time.
During Christmas and February its the high season which means that it will be most expensive period.
January to march will be a bit less.
April until June will be even less expensive.
June to august will be a bit more expensive.
All this can be discussed providing that i know well in advance so the 20 % can be paid 2 weeks upon arrival and the rest has to be paid 1 week upon arrival.

The Swiss Alps / Vaud/Lake Geneva/Swiss Alps region

Description of the mountains:
Very powerful, impressive, beautiful, changeable, wild, lovely peaks.

Description of Vaud:
friendly people, good shopping centres, skies can be rented in any sport shop, not very high up

Description of lake Geneva:
very big lake that goes from Switzerland to France. You can water ski and do all sorts of different water sports.
There are alot of music festivals in the summer, such as the famous jazz festival in montreux in July.

The Villars, Switzerland / Villars Village area

You can visit Chateau de Chillon, Go ice skating, Swimming, Bowling, walking in the mountains,parapenting with a teacher, skiing , snowboarding, sledging with children that takes 2o minutes to go down,Montreux jazz festival, Classical concert in crans montana and in Gstaad and verbier.

Many different restaurants such as: Italian, Mexican, French, Chinease and English.You can go visit caves and there are lots of swimming spas where you can go swimming outside whilst its snowing.

Fly to Geneva with Easy Jet, British Airways, Swiss Air........
Rent a car at the airport or take the train to Aigle and from there a taxi to the house but my suggestion is to have a car to get around ,you can ski from the house providing that there is alot of snow,the slopes are a 5 minutes walk.

I would like a cheque to my name. Payed 20% 2 weeks upon arrival and the rest 1 week upon arrival.

My phone cannot be used unless its a long stay then i can put my phone in your name. And the same with the heating if its a long rental such as a few months,prizes are also different for long rentals or seasonal rentals such as dec 20 until 15 of april which would be 30000 suisse francs whatever is equivalant in pounds plus telefon and heating.
