Villa Azuara is placed in a lovely and interesting area of Andalucia, this villa was built two years ago taking in consideration the most traditional elements of Andalucian architecture, inside of the villa we have taken care of every small detail to create a comfortable atmosphere.

This villa is in a 11.000 sq. metres private property with lovely gardens and swimming pools. Azuara has three bedrooms, however please contact us for further information.

Azuara gives the impression of being at a beautiful remote place, although set in a rural residential area where neighboring villas have their own generous grounds. A grill-restaurant is a convenient 10 minute walk away.

The province capital Jaén is only a short ride (15 km) whilst many interesting and antique cities invite you for a visit. Granada with its Alhambra is a bit more then and hour drive (116 km). The cities of Ubeda (80 km) and Baeza (68 km) are well kept Andalucian secrets with a rich history and must-see if you are here for a holiday.

With a lush green environment of oaks and rock roses, this is also a walkers paradise. At a few miles from here, you will be impressed by the never ending olive fields, providing Jaen's excellent olive oil.

Azuara provides an attractive outside dining area: nice terraces with elegant patio furniture and romantic corner under the shade of oak trees. An electric barbecue is available.

Villa Azuara is separated in two completely independent villas (two & three bedrooms), thanks to the plot and the design each of them is in different ground and has completely independent swimming pools and gardens. We have been renting this villa for seven years and all our clients have spent excellent holidays with great reviews.

The villa has its own private pool area (two private pools), complete with sun loungers and impressive panoramic views on the surrounding landscape.

Villa Azuara is in a 11.000 square metres property, located in a incredible area of inland Andalucia called La Pandera.

The views from the private gardens over the Guadalquivir valley are delicious, specially during sunset.

To enjoy this beautiful area with your family or friends we have though in all details, Villa Azuara offers two private swimming pools (8 x 5m.)

About this location

The Andalucia region

Palaces, sculptures, houses, streets, paintings, jewels, squares..., this is the Renaissance in Jaen. The peak that the province reached in the 15th and 16th centuries has brought about this range of monuments emerging from the Renaissance reaching into every corner.

The province of Jaen thus offers the possibility to follow an intensive trail, filled with a wealth of monuments, so that the traveller can find out about those centuries which have left their mark on the province.

Campiña area: the north-western third of the district, in particular the municipalities of Alcaudete and Martos, and some transitional areas located between the numerous mountain ranges of the district. The almost exclusive crop is the olive.

Mountainous areas: the most eastern area is the most abrupt and mountainous, extending through a mountainous massif system, up to the west. The valleys and slopes are farmed with olive trees, in many cases on the steep slopes.

Flora and fauna: Typical degraded Mediterranean mountains, and also replanted pinewoods. However, in the eastern sector the best oaks of the province are occasionally found, and it is both the area with the most cattle and greatest wealth of large game in the district.

Villares, Los, Jaen Province

Los Villares is a little village located in the north east of the Sierra Sur district, very close to Jaén city. This fact, along with the abundance of water in the area and its moderate summer climate, make Los Villares the ideal place to relax in during the summertime. Its municipal area is crossed by many streams and by the Eliche and Río Frío rivers, which together supply the Quiebrajano reservoir.

The centre of Los Villares is located in a riverbed, near the confluence of both these rivers. Its privileged position means that it contains some exceptionally beautiful, natural, upland areas.
