Villa Santoline is the ideal place for relaxing and recharging batteries, 20 minutes from the centre of Ajaccio. Located in the "maquis corse", its vaste terraces open directly on the sea and invite to siestas or contemplation whilst enjoying a glass of local wine. Sunsets are just fabulous.
A fully equipped modern kitchen opens on a huge living room with open fire place and contemporary furniture. Accommodation is for 6, with 2 double and 1double/twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, all with direct seaview. The private swimming pool is equipped with a hydro-jet. Outdoor furniture and bbq are provided for dining and relaxing outside.

The Corsica region
Corsica, one of the most beautiful islands in the world offers sea, beaches,mountains and SUN. The Mediterranean climate is characterised by a very scented vegetation with olive, orange and lemon trees, palm trees, maquis plants and flowers. The name of the villa "Santoline" is inspired by one of the maquis flowers. The temperatures are mild in winter (8°-15° C min-max), hot in summer (23°-35° min-max).
Villanova area
I Costi di Villanova is located on the Gulf of Lava, 15km North of Ajaccio. Villanova, the main village is an attractive and typical Corsican village with its own "ferme-auberge" serving Corsican specialities. Ajaccio has many attractive features, its daily market, shops, museums, marinas. From Ajaccio you can visit by boat or by car, the wonderful protected nature area of la Scandola, Bonifacio with its white cliffs, the Bavella mountains and many prehistorical sites. On your way to any of these locations, you will discover very picturesque villages and landscapes.

Conditions
Strictly no smoking property for security reasons. Rental not under two weeks in high season from mid June to mid September. Other periods, a one week rental can be considered. Refundable breakages deposit of 1000 euros required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due at signature of contract to secure booking, 50% due 30 days before your stay, remaining 25% are due at arrival.
