Perfect all year round for golfers and families alike, this is a delightful property comprising of three bedrooms each with 2 single beds, two bedrooms on the ground floor with one bathroom and the Master bedroom upstairs with an en-suite shower room. There are also 2 additional fold down beds, so the apartment can sleep 8 at a push and a travel cot can be hired for 10 Euros. The air conditioned Master Bedroom leads on to the large terrace (which may also be accessed from door at the top of the stairs) and looks directly onto the communal swimming pool, with views across the almond groves to the sea just 3 km away. This property has air conditioning and satellite television, plus DVD player. The American style kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including a dish washer and the washing machine is located in the utility area.
The Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses are within a 5 minutes drive, while a 40 minute drive will get you to the famous La Manga.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The property is part of the Villamartin development situated 8 km west of Torrevieja. The area has been described as one of the healthiest in the world. It boasts a climate over 330 days of sunshine per year and mean temp of 18C.
The beaches are just a short drive away and well worth a visit. In total there are seven blue flag beaches in the area offering clean white fine sand and safe bathing.
Within five minutes drive are 3 top golf courses and if you head inland past San Miquel you will find another popular course, La Finca.
Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area
The Villamartin Plaza is within walking distance and has many bars, restaurants, boutiques and bowling. Further afield, about an hours drive away is Terra Mitica, the Mediterranean’s largest theme park and Mundomar marine park.
Whilst Villamartin is a quiet residential area, the lively resort of Torrevija is just 10 minutes down the road. It is an old fishing town with a marina, markets, shops, restaurants, night clubs and bars and due to significant recent growth has become a first class tourist location, complete with Salt lakes and flamingoes.
There is a full range of activities to be enjoyed including tennis courts, water sports, go karting and an aqua park.
How to get there
The property is about 20 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) airport and about 35 minutes from Alicante. We can recommend car hire from www.DoYouSpain.com. Full details on directions to the property will be supplied on booking. We can arrange a transfer from either airport if you prefer not to hire a car. In the summer a very regular bus service from Villamartin can take you the short distance to La Zenia beach if you don't feel up to walking.

Further details indoors: There is a very nice communal pool right in front of our front door or you can enjoy the privacy of the solarium, sunbeds and seating area. The property boasts well maintained front and back gardens. The fully furnished lounge has a 3 seater and two comfy chairs, television, satellite TV, DVD player, a small library of books to read, some boxed games and a multi-function air conditioning unit. There is a luxury dining room table with six chairs.
The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, cooker, gas hob and extraction hood, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Amply supplied with glassware, crockery, pans and utensils.
A fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c., bidet and wash basin with illuminated mirror and extractor fan. The ensuite shower room has w.c., shower and wash basin with illuminated mirror.
Three good size bedrooms with plenty of wardobe space, bedside cabinets and fans. Each room has pull-down window shutters.
As an added bonus this property has a large walk-in storage room so you needn't clutter your private space with suitcases. Here you will also find all the outdoor furniture - recliners, chairs, chair cushions plus a large dining table and parasol for use on the private solarium.
For your additional comfort the apartment benefits from a high level of security with bespoke grills on windows and doors and a high-tech alarm system, plus the communal area is gated. The alarm is linked direct to emergency services and allows you to call for help at any time for police, fire service or doctor.
Further details outdoors: The front and rear gardens both have small terraces and are laid to grass and flower beds. There is an underground irrigation and sprinkler system system and regular garden maintenance is provided to keep it looking the best for you.
A BBQ is available if you fancy some outdoor cooking.
For late night relaxing - the front porch and garden area can be flood-lit, as can the solarium. The solarium also has an external power-point for additional or alternative lighting.

Arrival and departure days are flexible. We would ask that you vacate the property by 10.30 am and access on arrival will be after 3.00pm but this is flexible. We would only ask that you do that if we have guests arriving or leaving on the same day as you.

The owners accept no liability for any injury or loss of any valuables and guests are advised to take out travel insurance.
