Home description
Our quiet, tastefully furnished and air conditioned 1st floor apartment in Lomas Del Golf, Villamartin, Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca has its private south facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
There are two bedrooms which sleep four comfortably but can sleep six using the two sofa beds in the lounge area. The master bedroom has air con, a large fitted wardrobe and two bedside cabinets along with an extra shelving unit. The twin bedroom offers air con, wardrobe and shelving space along with bedside cabinet.
The spacious lounge/living area is open plan with with two three seater sofa beds, arm chair, coffee table, side unit, TV & CD player. There is British digital satellite TV (30 channels to choose from including BBC1, 2, ITV, Sky Sports and Sky Movies), although there appears to be a general problem with SKY in Spain beyond anyone's control at the moment, Playstation 2 (which can also be used to play DVDs) and an MP3/CD/Radio player for your use.
The American style kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped with electric oven, hob, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, utensils, crockery, cutlery & glassware. The private balcony overlooks the swimming pool with table and chairs.
The bathroom consists of bath with over-head shower, WC, sink & bidet.
It is a 15 minute stroll along to the golf courses or to the well known Villamartin Plaza with its many amenities including bars, restaurants, bank, supermarket, taxi rank and bowling! There is also nearby stables to enjoy a bit of horse riding.
If you fancy popping down to the beach you have the choice of many blue flag sandy beaches all within ten minutes drive - La Zenia is possibly the best beach we have seen with its white sands and clear blue waters.
If golf is your game then you are in the centre of the famous Villamartin Golf Course and a ten minute drive away from the famous Campoamor & Las Ramblas Golf Courses.

Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area
The local Plaza is a 15 minute walk away.
Because Villamartin is a golf complex there is plenty of choice where over 30 bars and restaurants are concerned. In the plaza you will find approximately 30 bars and restaurants, a bowling alley, a doctors, a mini market that sells that days foreign papers, two banks etc. Two other commercial areas with bars etc are less than 5 minutes walk away towards the top end of Lomas Del Golf, namely the Cheers bar.
The Plaza is also located next to the golf course.
There is also an aqua park in Torrevieja which is about 8 km's away and is great fun!!
How to get there
Getting there couldn't be easier. There is a choice of two airports. The first is Murcia airport which is a 20 minute drive away along the AP7 or a 45-50 minute drive from Alicante airport along the N332. Booking conditions
At the time of booking a non-refundable 50 pounds per week deposit is required. The full balance is due 8 weeks before departure along with a separate cheque for 100 pounds which acts as security for loss of keys, breakages or excessive cleaning whilst you are in the apartment. The bond cheque will be returned to you at the end of your stay upon return of the keys and a satisfactory inspection of the apartment by our local contacts.
Payment can also be made via PayPal is required
If booking within 8 weeks of the departure date full payment and bond cheques are required at that time.
In high season (May—Oct) normal departures are Saturday to Saturday but depending on availability we will always try to accommodate you. Departure and access times to the apartment are normally 10am and 4pm respectively.
Cancellations: Up to 8 weeks before arrival date —loss of deposit.
6-8 weeks before arrival date - 25% of total rental rate, Plus deposit
2-6 weeks before arrival date - 70% of total rental rate, Plus deposit
0-2 weeks before arrival date - 100% of total rental rate, Plus deposit
