This luxury apartment, located in Villamartin, definitely has the "WOW" factor and the moment you step out of the lift and walk in you are met by the superb quality of the decor and furnishings which are set off by the beautiful marble flooring. Las Violetas has 2 bedrooms, one en-suite, very spacious lounge and dining area, a second bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is a large balcony off the lounge which is equipped with a table and chairs and there is also a large communal roof terrace. The apartment is also ideal for families.
The well known and popular "Villamartin Plaza" is just a couple of minutes walk away. It is also within 5 minutes walk of the Villamartin Golf course and a 5-10 minute drive away from many sandy beaches and coves. The apartment is also in close proximity to a variety of bars, restaurants, shops and other top class golf courses. No extra charge for cleaning or linen and a welcome pack of groceries is included in the weekly rate.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca has the reputation of being one of the safest destinations in the world. If you want to enjoy the relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style then this area is the place for you. Torrevieja is reputed to have one of the healthiest climates in the world due to its 2 large natural salt lakes. There are also some natural hot spas in this area . The most popular, Fortuna and Archena, are an hours drive away through orange and lemon groves and picturesque mountains. There are also the therapeutic mud baths at San Pedro Del Pinatar on the Mar Menor. These mud baths are great for skin problems being full of minerals,salts and iodine .
Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Campoamor boast a continuous series of sandy coves and Blue Flag beaches all within a short distance from our properties.
Villamartin area
Situated just 25 miles south of Alicante airport and 20 miles north of Murcia airport. Torrevieja, which derives its name from the Old Tower, is still essentially a fishing community whose port houses one of Spains largest fishing fleets. It also has large salt lagoons and is one of the oldest and most important salt producing centres in Europe. This old town with its attractive marina and port has a warm welcoming ambience and will surely appeal to those who look for a relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style. Shops, markets, bars and restaurants are in plenty and cater for all tastes and pockets. Villamartin is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Torrevieja town centre and there is the popular and well known Villamartin Plaza which is just a minutes walk, Villamartin golf course is just 5 minutes walk away. The 'Aquopolis' Aquapark In nearby Torrevieja is a great day out for the whole family. Down by the Marina you can find a craft market as well as a floating museum based in a Submarine and for the young at heart a 'funfair'.
How to get there
-The nearest airports are Alicante and Murcia (San Javier). Alicante airport is approximately 40 minutes drive away and Murcia airport is 20-25 minutes drive. -There are many airlines that fly into both airports some of which include, Flybe, Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Excel airways and BMI Baby plus many more. - We can advise on car rental from either airport which can be picked up and returned to the airport. Alternatively we can arrange airport transfers. The company we use has a 9 seater people carrier and they will meet you at the airport and take you directly to your holiday accommodation. If you choose car rental we will send you written directions. For longer stays why not bring your own car and drive down. - There are ferries from the UK and Ireland to Northen Spain (Bilbao & Santander) or even take a leisurely drive through France down to the Costa Blanca.

Further details indoors: -The apartment is on the 2nd floor which can be accessed by a lift. - The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and there is a washing machine. - The dining area is equipped with a table and chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a 3 seater settee, a 2 seater settee and ceiling fan. - The double bedroom is en-suite and has fitted wardrobes with shelves, bedside tables, lamps and ceiling fan, the twin bedroom has a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes bedside tables and lamps. - The other bathroom has bath and overhead shower.
Further details outdoors: - There is a spacious balcony with pleasent views over the communal gardens, over the Villa Martin area and distant sea views. The balcony is equipped with a table and 4 chairs. - There is a very large communal roof terrace with views over the countryside and with views of the Mediterranean in the distance. - The swimming pool is about a minutes walk.

- A welcome pack of groceries and cleaning before arrival and after departure is included in the rental rate. - We can arrange cot hire and highchair hire if required for an extra charge of £10 per week, per item. - We can also advise on car rental or arrange airport transfers for you. Please ask for quote. - We require a deposit to confirm a booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Conditions
A security/breakage deposit is required which is fully refundable assuming there are no breakages or extra cleaning required.
