Sleeps six people with large communal swimming pool and is ideal for year round golfing holidays or summertime family beach holidays.It is just a sort walk from the popular Villamartin Plaza and 1km from the entrance of the Villamartin golf course and just 5mins drive to the beaches at La Zenia and Cabo , and the new La Zenia Boulevard

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is now one of the most cosmopolitan areas in Europe with a coastline untouched by blatant tourism. Inland, hillsides covered with terraced vineyards and lush-green citrus orchards - testament to the agricultural traditions of the area - are dotted with pretty towns full of narrow streets leading down to flower-filled squares. The Villamartin development has evolved into a splendid Mediterranean village of apartments, townhouses and villas with two excellent 18 hole courses at its heart, including the original Club de Golf Villamartin and the new Las Ramblas de Orihuela. At the Villa Martin Plaza there is a central square with a bank, chemist , shops, cafes and restaurants and a very well-stocked supermarket. Villamartin is fast becoming one of the most prestigious golf courses in Spain, with all the amenities you would expect from a development of this standard. Added to which the climate is wonderful, the beaches are uncrowded and there are a number of lively towns within close proximity. No wonder Villamartin is attracting so much interest

The Villamartin area

As well as the 18 hole championship golf course at Villa Martin, within a few minutes drive there are two further championship courses at Campoamor and La Ramblas and a little further afield the new course of La Finca at Algorfa. The closest of many clean sandy beaches are La Zenia and Cabo Roig both only two miles away. In summer there is a bus service from Villa Martin Plaza to La Zenia. The nearby harbour town of Torrevieja, 15 minutes drive, has many shops, restaurants, bars and clubs and a huge weekly market (on Fridays) selling almost everything including fresh fruit and vegetables, shoes, handbags, clothes and linen. There is a water park and funfair, which are open during the summer, or you can book a boat trip to the island of Tabarca. The long promenade starts at the yacht club, goes past the harbour and continues along the beach front. It is lined with craft stalls, pavement cafés and restaurants and on warm summer evenings it is bustling with people enjoying the atmosphere and the street entertainers. Opened September 2012 is the new La Zenia Boulevard with over 120 retail outlets from designer stores to high street favorites. Free carparking for 5000 cars and plenty of cafe bars and restaurants. Really is a shoppers paradise. Not forgetting the children, there is a large play area to keep them entertained. Within easy driving distance are the cities of Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena and the resort of La Manga

“Beautiful apartment in a lovely area.” We stayed at this apartment for 9 weeks. It was home from home. The apartment has everything you need. It is on a clean and very well maintained complex,15 minutes walk from Villamartin... more Response: this guest was what all owners wish for they left the apartment spot less and had even brought covers for seating as they had small dog hope they think about re-booking some time

“this apt is a gem” stayed at this apt with my husband for a week in sept absolutly fantastic everything you could possibly need here fantastic pool area easy walking distance to villa martin plaza lovely walks along the canals cant rate this place high enough

“feel here like at home)” We perfectly spent our holidays here is rented this villa. We were here this and previous year in September (2011 and 2012). Very comfortably and accurately inside the house. The house is executed in cozy design. Apartment is located very good. When the weather is hot outside you can feel yourself very comfortable at home. There is all that is necessary nearby (Carrefour, Mercadonna, Consum, Lidl, Super Vallu) . You can reach a beach side very quickly. In step-by-step availability there are many restaurants and cafe. Moreover, nowadays will open the big commercial center “LA ZENIA Boulevard “ for excellent shopping. If you want you can reach in 10 minutes by car the internet café and have a look your e-mails) More often we cooked at home and covered a dinner on a verandah. For the real housewives here everything is available! We recommend these apartments very much. You can be sure that you will be happy staying here! Response: THIS COUPLE HAVE BEEN 2 TIMES BEFORE AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO THEIR RETURN THIS YEAR AS THEY HAVE JUST BOOKED AGAIN THAY MUST LIKE THE APARTMENT AND AREA

“lovely appartment and swimming pool and friendly people” We had a lovely holiday in a lovely appartment in villimaarten. the swimming was pool great just accross from the appartment. the kids had a great time . 10 minutes walking great places to eat

“Beautifully smart and clean villa in gorgeous location.” Have had an amazing week at this villa. It is beautifully decorated and stylishly furnished. Everything we needed was available here so we had the choice of cooking in or eating out at the lovely Villamartin Square. The development this villa is on is very friendly and quiet and the pool has more than space to actually allow you to swim - it isnt just a big paddling pool!! Would thoroughly recommend this villa to others wanting a quiet week away from the world were you can sit in the sun, relax, read books, eat and drink good food while recharging your batteries!
