An excellently appointed apartment located on the outside South East corner of the well known Villamartin Plaza (Just 20 minutes away from Murcia airport and a 45 minute drive from Alicante airport).
A superb base for families and golfers seeking a holiday location with a communal pool, many restaurants,bars banks and a well stocked supermarket.It is only 100 metres from the Villamartin golf course with Las Ramblas and Campoamor courses within a 10 minute drive.
The apartment is located on the first and second floor of the plaza and is approached by its own private gate and steps (Please note that due to this it is not suitable for wheelchair uisers or those with severe walking difficulties).

The apartment is fully air conditioned with a large living area with sofa bed and a dining area with seating and place settings for 6. Stairs to second floor containing Bedroom 1 with king size bed and ample built in wardrobes and patio doors leading onto the balcony. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and again ample built in wardrobes. All linen and towels are provided except beach towels. Stair gates and cots are available to hire. All electrics in the apartment are payable by a 2 Euro pre pay metre located by front door. Collection and return can be arranged from Alicante or Murcia airports for approximately 50 euros each way for a party of 4(Extra 10 euros for additional passengers up to a max of 6). Additional trips to alternative golf corses or shopping can be arranged by our on-site English management agent. Whatever you require please ask prior to booking and we will respond by return.
