First Floor apartment in the popular resort of Villamartin, conveniently located, 2 mintue walk to the lovely Villamartin Plaza with a choice of restaurants & bars, a supermarket for everyday provisions, banking facilties and a pharmacy along with other boutiques.
Fantastic views of the sea and mountains from the communal solarium, the blue flag beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig are a 5 minute drive away, a courtesy shuttle bus runs between the resort and the beach during peak season.
For the golfers, there is a variety of golf courses nearby, Villamartin 18 hole Championship Course is a 2 minute walk away, other courses of Campoamor and Las Ramblas only a short drive away.
Excellent location for exploring both the coast and inland.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca is one of Spain's jewels with its wonderful mountain ranges and exquisite beach coves, it boasts some of the most fantastic scenery around. It has a very favourable climate and temperatures in January can hit as high as 25 degrees.
Torrevieja is the nearest town, the old part of the town has a seafront promenade lined with restaurants, ice cream parlours, cafes and market stalls.
Villamartin / Las Violetas area
Villamartin is a perfectly situated central location to explore the costal areas of Torrevieja, La Manga or venture inland to the botanical gardens of Elche.
Beautiful Sandy beaches, shallow warm waters.
La Zenia Beach is the closest with a shuttle bus service running from Villamartin during peak season. The beach has sunbeds and parasols for hire or you can take your own, also has a couple of bars on the beach or there is a panoramic restaurant with outside snack bar area overlooking the beach.
Cabo Roig a smaller beach with limited numbers of sunbeds and parasols, more secluded, bar on the beach and nice restaurant on the marina.
Campoamor Beach further along the cost is the longest of the beaches in this area.
How to get there
Flights available from all major UK airports to Alicante & Murcia. Approx 45 Minutes from Alicante and approx 30 Minutes from Murcia. Car Hire Recommended.

Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure booking, with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure. Lets of more than 7 or 14 days are fine (although we do ask for a minimum let of 3 days) and these will be priced on a pro-rata basis. Payments can be made by cheque, or directly into our bank account, details of which will be supplied when the booking is made. On arrival you will be met by our local contact, who will hand over the keys, show you to the accommodation and who will be able to answer any queries you may have and provide further information on the resort and the local area. A payment of 160 Euros in cash is to be made to our contact. 100 Euros is a key/security payment and is refunded in full when the keys are returned and subject to there being no damage reported. 60 Euros is to cover the cost of the cleaning, fresh linen etc. Normal check out time is 10.00 am and arrival not before 2.00 pm, although it may be possible to be flexible around these times
