The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Boasting 315 days of sunshine annually and average temperatures of 18-20 degrees centigrade. There are several "blue Flag" beaches in the area. The town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive where there is a marina, bars , restaurants, boutiques or you can stroll along the promonade browsing at the market stalls, there is also a fairground. Nearby there is tennis, horse riding, go karting, bike hire. On Wednesdays there is a market in the charming town of nearby San Miguel de Salinas, and on Fridays in Torrevieja. Murcia City is just a 30 minute drive where you can explore the town's historical buildings.
Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area
La Zenia and Cabo Roig beaches are a 7 minutes drive. At Cabo Roig you can walk along the cliff underpass to the next beuatiful sandy bay, also watch the boast in the marina. Los Alcazares is a 30 minutes drive where you join in the water sports activities, as sailing, diving, windsurfing, jet skiiing or just swim in the beautiful shallow theraputic waters. Nearby Torrevieja is a thriving town with bars, restaurants, the new Habenaras Shopping Mall with all the large stores and boutiques. Carrefour Hypermarket is next door, ten-pin bowling alley, and cinema complex. Guardamar is 20 minutes drive where there is 11 kilometers of unspoiled sandy beaches and sand dunes,the nature reserve pine forest is ideal for picnics. There is plenty of entertainment for all tastes and ages.
