The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperature. The climate is recognised by the World Heath Organisation and is good for people with arthritis. The mud baths are recognised for their theraputic minerals. The beaches range from the most wonderful sandy beaches to small rocky coves. A short drive away can be found many interesting places to visit, old towns and villages, safari parks and lovely drives up into the mountains where caves can be visited.
Villamartin / Florida Golf area
The Florida golf complex is on the golfers paradise of Villamartin with three championship golf courses, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin, all with good social as well as playing facilities. There are several safe Blue Flag beaches ten minutes drive from the apartment all with beach bars and children's play equipment. Ten minutes drive is the bustling town of Torrevieja, a water theme park, bowling alley, cinema, go-karting and lots more!! Tennis, horseriding, water sports etc can all be found locally.

Further details indoors: For your in-house entertainment there is a television that receives many sky english channels, a video and DVD player. Also CD/radio cassette player, games and cards are also supplied. A book is available with details of local beaches, restaurants, taxi services and places to visit. Two fishing rods for any fishermen. (wonderful fishing from the beaches!) Beach games such as boulles and bats and balls etc. For security there is also a safe and all windows and doors are fitted with grills.
Further details outdoors: The apartment has a front garden and a secluded back patio both equipped with tables and chairs. Sun loungers are also suppled and there is a small BBQ. Shared swimming pool.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Xmas, New Year and Easter are £210 a week To secure a booking, we will require a 20% non refundable booking fee. Then 8 weeks before travel we would require the remaining monies to be paid in full (including a £35 fee for local cleaning) On arrival you would be met at the apartment by a representative who will hand over the keys, show you the apartment and answer any questions you may have. You would be required to pay them 20 euros on arrival for this service. A key/damages deposit of £100, cash only, will also be taken on arrival, and returned in full following return of all keys and departure inspection.
