Satelite TV, balcony, communal pool and solarium,The famous Plaza with all the restaurants and shops is a 5 minute walk away but the apartment does not suffer the noise that apartments nearer the Square have to tolerate
Golfers paradise! Good safe beaches 10 min drive. Ideal location for visiting Alicante to Cartagena and from the coast to the mountains. Even Benidorm is only an hour and a half away!

The apartment and its immediate 2 neighbours are within a locked and gated enclosure. This ensures that only the apartment users can gain access. It deters non resident dog owners from using your garden!. You are asked to ensure you re-secure either of the gates you use (there are 2) with your key to ensure your privacy. There are a few steps from the gates to the apartment (7max)
There are two areas of on road parking outside apartment .

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


Nearby Alicante is the main airport where people arrive and then pass on to their destination. They miss one of the best cities in the area! To the south beyond San Javier airport is Cartegena, an old Roman town also influenced by a few other conquering nations. In the next region, but nearby, is Murcia which is a large city. North of Alicante is the rest of the Costa Blanca with Benidorm Denia and eventually Valencia. All are well worth a visit.
In between there is the coastal area with many, many good beaches. Inland there are foothills, mountains, lakes, natural parks and villages where tourism has not yet made a great impact.
Rated as one of the healthiest regions of Spain due to the nearby Salt Lakes, the climate is warm all year round with some rain (but not much) in the winter months.
The Villamartin / Villamartin Plaza area
Villamartin Plaza, which is a 5 minute stroll away from the apartment, is THE place to dine out, be entertained or just drink .
Chill out after a hard day on the golf course. Relax after a day on the beach or touring around.
A different eatery for every day. Several bars and a supermarket for fresh bread/cake etc
Outdoor markets are held every day in a different town nearby See free newspapers for details
Retail therapy is available in Dos Mares (San Pedro), Habaneras (Torrevieja), Alicante and Murcia.
Beaches at Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and 2 at Cabo Roig are well regarded and have achieved blue flag status

Nearest airports are Murcia (about 25 mins), Alicante (about 45 mins) Easyjet, Ryanair, Jetairfly,BMI, Air Berlin and others, service the airports together with the regular airlines.
If you are driving down from the ferry at Santander or Bilbao, Alicante is about 8-10 hours away. Driving thro France the border is a full days drive as is Barcelona A car is not essential but would be desirable if planning to go to the beach or tour around. A new bus service has been up and running for some time to La Zenia. Taxis also service the area. We can direct you to car hire firms and arrange airport pick up and return (you pay the car hire firm or driver direct).
You will receive detailed directions and instructions for meeting the local rep with your booking confirmation.
