The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Excellent all year round climate. Cartagena is only a 30 mins drive away which is ideal for shopping,sightseeing and dining, Art Nouveou architecture and Roman remains, including an ampitheater. La Manga golf courses are 25 mins away. Close by is the Mar Menor, where all kinds of watersports can be undertaken. PADI scuba diving courses are available at reasonable cost, with sheltered waters for beginners. Benidorm is one hour away to the North, where the newly opened Terra Mitica water theme park can be visited, ideal for kids of all ages! There is a water park close by also go karting, horseriding and many good beaches.there are two good yacht marinas close by, where it is possible to hire a yacht.
Villamartin / El Galan area
The villa is located in the golf triangle of El Galan, with 3 courses being located just a 5 minute drive away. There are excellent facilities within walking distance for eating and entertainments. Friendly bars and local supermarkets being just a short walk away. Many of the larger bars include swimming pool facilities to keep the children busy. Local beaches are a 8 minutes drive away, with a large range of restaurants and bars. Villamartin plaza has a lively collection of bars and is ideal for a night out. Most having satellite TV for all major sporting events. Local markets operate on most days of the week.

Further details indoors: This is the first year that this splendid property has been advertised so everything is new.it has two lounges.One is on the first floor opening out onto one of the four terrace and has a games station and games, plus cd player.The other lounge is on the ground floor has dvd and video player with patio doors opening onto another private terrace. The fourth twin bedroom is also on this floor. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you could ever need with utility room off with dishwasher and washing machine. three bedrooms on the top floor 1 double with patio doors leading onto private terrace 1 twin,with patio doors 1 single also blow up bed in here if needed and family bathroom with shower and bath.then stairs leading to roof terrace.
Further details outdoors: Two of the patios have wooden tables and chairs on them.Plenty of sunlounges with cushions.Large bbq area gardens all around the villa with lots of lovelly smelling shrubs and climbers especially round the wonderful heated jacuzzi.Lots of covered areas on the terraces to relax out of the midday sun.lovely breeze blows through the villa to keep you cool.Very private behind wooden gates.
Conditions
A compulsory charge of 100 euros to be paid locally for cleaning. £150 refundable deposit returned 1 week after holiday completed if no damage. 50% non-refundable deposit of whole cost to be paid within one week of booking and remainder to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
