This lovely 2 bedroom apartment has recently been redecorated and has brand new furniture. It is in a gated complex and has a fabulous pool and garden area. The spacious patio garden is a perfect place to laze in the sun. The apartment is fully equipped and has air conditioning to the lounge and both bedrooms. It also has Sky TV (with English and sports channels) DVD player and music centre. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and looks out to the pool. The apartment is just a short walk (100 yrds) from Los Dolces commercial centre where there are numerous bars, restaurants, shops, banks etc. There are also bars and restaurants at the Villamartin Plaza just a 2 minute drive away.

COAST/BEACH The area is proud to have several "blue flag" beaches. The nearest sandy beach is La Zenia which is about a 3 minute drive away. Other sandy beaches in close proximity are Playa Flamenca, Mar Azul, Campoamor and Cabo Roig. Guadamar, north of Torrevieja, has a lovely pine forest which leads to a long sandy beach with sand dunes. It is about 20 minutes drive away and well worth a visit. There are beach bars on beaches during the summer but Guardamar pine forest is a lovely place for a picnic.
Villamartin / Los Dolses area
The apartment is just a short walk (100 yrds) from Los Dolces commercial centre where there are numerous bars, restaurants, shops, banks etc. There are also bars and restaurants at the Villamartin Plaza just a 2 minute drive away.

Check out Flybe, Monach, BMI Baby, Ryanair, Thomsonfly and Easyjet for cheap flights. We can arrange airport transfers, to and from the apartment, if required.

The bedroom window provides a lovely view to the pool and gardens. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, large wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and wash basin. There is an en-suite shower to the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a self catering holiday. Dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, iron, ironing board, toaster and kettle. Utility Room: The utility area houses the washing machine.
Bed linen and bath towels are included. Not beach towels.
Further details outdoors: OUTSIDE The sunny patio garden has patio furniture and sunloungers and is an ideal place to sunbathe, sit and relax. There is a newly fitted sun awning that can provide shade on the patio, if required. The path running along side the property leads to the pool just a few yards away.
