The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This location is not only perfect for golfers and lovers of the seaside, it is also an ideal touring base from which to explore the whole of southern Spain. The new motorway AP7 is less than 5 minutes away and the main coast road, Carreterra N332 around 10 minutes. The nearest airport, Murcia San Xavier is just 25km or 20 minutes drive away and reached directly via the AP7.
Alicante airport is 40 km, or around 45 minutes on the N332.The nearest major town is Torrevieja, still a working fishing port and marina and heart of the region’s historic sea salt industry. It also offers attractive beaches and promenades, varied and lively shops and restaurants, interesting places to visit and, reputedly, one of the world’s healthiest micro-climates, making it suitable for people of all ages and interests.

The location of this property is perfect for a great family holiday or for golfing breaks. And within a 5 minute drive you have the choice of some of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca.

The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square and is home to a family of parakeets. The Plaza contains a wonderful selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and a bowling alley, all only a 5-minute drive away.
Within 3 minute drive you have Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. 2 more Golf courses within 5 minute drive Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Within 20 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa Golf Club.
