Overlooking the PRIVATE .10metre POOL, with a shallow end and roman steps, perfect for non swimmers and children.this spacious apartment in a private villa offers a quiet secluded haven in a popular urbanisation.
Incorporated in the owners villa,the apartment is totally self contained and very secure and well maintained. A five way filter system is fitted for drinking water, no need to carry heavy bottles.A water softener,English sky tv,with ceiling fans fitted in all rooms , Air conditioning is also installed , and the latest DVDs are available to borrow.
The american kitchen is very well equipped and is adjacent to the spacious lounge.There is also a separate dining room with seating for 6 people around a large table.which is seldomly used as al fresco is the preference.

Only a few minutes drive to the 15 km of beautiful blue flag beaches with cafe's,bars,and water sports .A water park,Horse riding Go karting, and Quad biking (10mins)The bustling town of Torrevieja with it's static funfair and street market is 20 mins drive. Boat trips to the picturesque Island of Tabaca with its famous fish restaurants can be taken at the port. Situated in the middle of 3 golf courses,Villa Martin,Campoamor, and Las Ramblas,for the keen golfers.A very large reservoir/lake at Torremendo is exceptionally beautiful and ideal for a picnic.

Just minutes away from restaurants and bars (no need to take the car) A supermarket is close by,and a local market a short drive, (for the bargain hunters) In the immediate locality Villa Martin offers a variety of bars restaurants and pubs and even a bowling alley . "The Square".In the summer months provide live entertainment. While the parrots that live in the palm trees in the square add to the cacophony of sound, A visit is highly recommended. If this is all too much, just relax around the pool.

Fly to Alicante -Cloud Nine is 40 mins drive,or Murcia Airport,20 minutes .Cheap flights with Easy Jet, from Bristol or Birmingham,and London Gatwick .Ryan Air to Alicante from Newquay,and Flybe from,Exeter,Bristol ,and other Airports. A Good Car Rental,rentagain.com and also, victoriacars.com If you do not wish to hire a car, there are hopper buses that go to the local beach,and a very good taxi service at reasonable rates.We can also arrange a pickup from the Airport for you.

Mosquito blinds are fitted to all windows. All furniture in the apartment is modern and renewed as and when needed,The bed linen is changed weekly.Beach mats, towels, and sun shades are available(with a small deposit) no charge.
