The Villa is located just 10 minutes’ walk from the nearest Golf Course and 10 minutes drive to the beach. It is within 2 minutes walking distance to all amenities, including Banks, supermarkets and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The popular Villamartin Plaza near to the Villamartin Golf Course is about 10 minutes walk away.
The South Facing Villa benefits from its own Private Pool with All Day sunshine. The Living room leads out to a spacious Terrace with Retractable Canopy overlooking the Pool Terrace. All Outdoor furniture i.e. sunbeds, tables, chairs and pool parasols are available for you to laze by the pool area.
You can dine al fresco under the Palm Trees in the warm evenings. There is an Outdoor Cooking area with Barbecue, electricity and outside lighting.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Alicante Province in the Costa Blanca is the perfect base for anyone wanting a relaxing or an active touring holiday. With at least 300 days of beautiful clear blue sky and milder winters than the UK it is a Golfer's paradise. Beach lovers will be spoilt by the choice of sandy beaches along the coast. Alicante is a prosperous and bustling city in a fine coastal position.
Within easy reach are historic cities of Elche and Orihuela and the wine-growing area around Monovar. Here you will experience the "real" Spain with Moorish castles and small white towns. Fiesta Days are a frequent event in Costa Blanca where carnivals and parades take place in many towns and villages. The Palm Garden in Elche is fascinating to visit as some of the palms are over a hundred years old and you can taste the fresh dates that they sell.
South of Alicante lies Murcia which was founded in the 9th century by the Moors. Today it is a delightful Spanish city with beautiful architecture and full of history. From here you can explore the many fascinating market towns and Thermal Hot Springs. The Mud Baths on the Mar Menor is very popular with the locals and tourists. It certainly is very therapeutic and is worth a visit as it is FREE.
Villamartin / Las Filipinas area
Apart from relaxing by the poolside and dining al fresco there are plenty to do in the Las Filipinas/Villamartin area. The Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf courses are just a 5 minute drive away. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks are all within walking distance from the property. For the active there are Quad Bikes and bicycles for hire as well as Horse Riding nearby. An early morning walk along the Canals by the Golf Courses or into San Miguel village for breakfast is a wonderful experience. Market day is Wednesday for this area. For keen GOLFERS we can organise your golfing packages in advance for you. We also organise Airport transfers if required.
San Miguel village is about 5 minutes drive from Las Filipinas where you can try Tapas and practise your Spanish. Torrevieja is about 15-20 minutes drive away and there is a very popular day and night Market along the Promenade. There are museums, theatres and a shopping mall here. Local Fiestas are not to be missed if you happen to be here.
The beautiful sandy beaches are only about 10-15 minutes drive away. There are plenty to choose from as they stretch all the way from Alicante down to La Manga and Murcia. Further south is Cartagena in Costa Calida which is Spain's main naval port and there is much to see and do there.
How to get there
Easyjet, Ryan Air, Monarch, and many Low Cost airlines fly to Alicante or Murcia airport. Car hire and Transfers available from Alicante and Murcia airport.
A car is advised if you want to explore the area and go to the beach which is10 minutes drive away. We can organise Airport transfers as well as GOLFING PACKAGES.
There are always local taxis available at the airports. 20 minutes drive from Murcia Airport to property and about 50 minutes from Alicante Airport.

Further details indoors: The spacious lounge leads into the adjoining plush Dining area with Crystal Chandelier and Period 6 seater Dining furniture. But if you prefer to dine outdoors a Patio door leads out from the Lounge onto the spacious Canopied Terrace for outdoor dining.
The Master bedroom upstairs has a patio door leading out onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and gets sunshine from morning to late afternoon.
The His & Hers bathroom is opposite this bedroom. There is a second bedroom/study with a fold up bed and if needed a second fold up bed can be made available.
The third bedroom with twin beds is on the ground floor next to a His & Hers bathroom. This is ideal if two couples are sharing the Villa as this provides individual privacy.

On confirmation you will receive directions to the property and a Contact telephone number to ring. Our English speaking Representative will meet you by the Villa to hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. Please note that earliest check in time is 3pm but we can be flexible so please enquire if you have to arrive earlier. You have to vacate the villa by 10am to allow enough time for changeover.
Conditions
Strictly NO SMOKING at this property No Stag or Hen parties. But Golfers welcome. We can provide Golfing packages. 25% Deposit payable on booking 75% Balance of rental fee due eight weeks before your stay to secure booking Refundable breakages deposit of £200 payable with balance, to be refunded within one week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Towels are not to be used for the beach/sea. Replacement of soiled towels will be deducted from Security Deposit
