The Villa is privately owned and has three floors. On the ground floor is the Lounge with two comfortable settees. There is a TV & DVD with Satellite decoders and a Hi Fi CD, Radio and Tape player. The Ground floor also has a dining area and a separate American style kitchen with Oven, Fridge Freezer, Ceramic Hob and Automatic Washing Machine. There is a sun patio with a separate drive for parking and a front garden for privacy. Last but not least is a downstairs cloakroom.
The second floor has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning. One double and a master bedroom with King size bed and a large bathroom. The master bedroom has its own sun terrace (ideal for breakfast). The third floor has access from inside the villa and leads to a large sun deck with loungers and barbecue with sea views during the day and stars at night.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Villa is situated in a private development of mixed residential and holiday villas and has access to a large communal swimming pool with a separate pool for children. There is parking at the villa for two cars and further parking outside should this be required. Villamartin is located close to three superb golf courses, Villamartin, Real Club De Golf Campoamor and Las Ramblas – all three are literally just a short distance. There are further courses in the area including the famous La Manga. The King of Spain has apartments at Real Golf Campoamor and the Golf Club has a fine restaurant at extremely reasonable prices.
Villamartin has a well-established Plaza with numerous Bars, Restaurants and two Supermarkets – one small and one large again all within walking distance. The local beaches are exceptionally clean and have fine white sand, sparkling clear blue water, and full facilities. Most of the time the water is really calm and warm.

The area is called Villamartin and is located close to three superb golf courses, Villamartin, Real Club De Golf Campoamor and Las Ramblas. There are further courses in the area including the famous La Manga. The King of Spain has apartments at Real Golf Campoamor and the Golf Club has a fine restaurant at extremely reasonable prices.
There are several beaches all very safe and clean.
Villamartin has a Plaza with Bars and Restaurants. There are local Tennis Courts and Bowls.
A local Bus service is available that goes to local beaches, shopping centre and Torrevieja. This connects to other train and bus services for trips to many other areas.
How to get there
Fly to either Alicante or Murcia. Flights available from British Airways, Monarch, Easy-Jet and many others from most airports in the UK and Europe. Our villa is just 40 mins from either airport. Also within 5 minutes of main N 332 or the A7 Motorway. For those who prefer we can pick up at the airport and arrange for a hire car to be delivered to the Villa

Usually the first job I do is wash all the pots. No need in your property - everything was spotless. And, of course, we could not have wished for any more. There was everything we needed and we were extremely warm and comfortable. As I said on the 'phone, the Mimosa Tree was spectacular.
