This is a fantastic property furnished comfortably with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. You can spend lazy days on the large roof top solarium topping up the tan, preparing your food on the BBQ to enjoy at the great seating area. If you want to eat out, you only have a ten minute walk to the lovely Villamartin plaza with its supermarket, numerous restaurants and excellent bars.
There is a very nice communal pool 50 meters from our front door just right to cool off in after a busy day sightseeing, shopping at one of the many markets or exploring the beaches of the Costa.
With lots to do and every comfort you need this is the perfect location for your Spanish holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Sol Golf forms part of the Villamartin development situated 15 km west of Torrevieja. The area has been described as one of the healthiest in the world. It boasts a climate over 330 days of sunshine per year and mean temp of 18C.
The beaches are just a short drive away and well worth a visit. In total there are seven blue flag beaches in the area offering clean white fine sand and safe bathing.
Within five minutes drive are 3 top golf courses , and if you head inland past San Miquel you will find my favourite course named La Finca.
Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area
Whilst Villamartin is a quiet residential area the lively resort of Torrevija with a marina, markets, shops restaurants, night clubs and bars is only 10 minutes away by car. There is a full range of activities in the local area including tennis courts, water sports, go karting and an aqua park. Within walking distance is the Villamartin Plaza with its many bars, restaurants, boutiques, and bowling. Further afield there are many Blue flag beaches, and an hours drive away is Terra Mitica, the Mediterranean’s largest theme park and Mundomar marine park

The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. There is a dining room table with four chairs.
A fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c., bidet and wash basin with illuminated mirror.
Two good size bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space, bedside cabinets and ceiling fans.
The apartment also benefits from a high level of security with grills on windows and doors and a state of the art alarm system. The alarm is linked direct to emergency services and allows you to call for help at any time be that the police, fire service or a doctor.

Further details outdoors: One of the best features of this apartment is the very large solarium. This has it all, outside shower, Sun beds, Sun chairs, Seating for six and a great BBQ to fully enjoy the outdoor experience. We love to enjoy a glass of wine in the warm air at the seating area while we contemplate which restaurant to try next, decisions decisions!

Exit clean charged at £20:00 per booking plus £5:00 per person for laundry.
A deposit of £50.00 per week is required to secure the booking. This is fully refundable up to 12 weeks in advance of departure. Full settlement of the balance must be received by the owners 6 weeks prior to departure.
On receipt of all monies paid, details of key collection and further information will be provided.

The whole apartment was very comfortable and Liam was on hand to give us the keys and show us how to use the alarm.
