About the home

This villa is very spacious, comfortable and relaxing with fantastic views of the mountains and salt lakes. You enter into the villa via the private front paved garden with lockable gates, steps lead to the covered porch area with table and chairs. Upon entering the front door you enter the large lounge/dining area with separate kitchen. The lounge/dining area has a dining table and chairs, sideboard, a three seater sofa and a coffee table.

There is a TV and the lounge has an air conditioning unit which also converts to a heater.

The kitchen is large and separate with modern kitchen units, granite work surfaces with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a back door leading to a private back patio area. There is also a washing airer, iron, ironing board.
Downstairs there is alo a separate shower room with toilet and a storage room under the stairs. The beautiful staircase is made of granite tiles and black wrought iron which takes you to all three floors.

The next level has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe and benefits from patio doors leading to a private balcony with mountain and lake views. The two other bedrooms both have two single beds and both have fitted wardrobes.

The bathroom is tiled and has a toilet, bidet, wash basin and a shower over the bath. On the third floor there is a large open roof solarium where stunning views of the salt Lakes and mountains can be seen. This area is ideal for sunbathing.

This property benefits from security grills and a digital safe. Each bedroom has a free standing fan for the summer months and heaters for the winter months.

Further details outdoors:
This property has many outside areas including the paved front garden and covered porch area. There is also a back patio area which is ideal for washing. The master bedroom has a private balcony with patio doors with views of the Salt Lakes and mountains. The roof solarium is spacious and has fantastic views and ideal for sunbathing!

In addition to this there is a walled/gated communal pool with a children's pool.

Further details

Sorry no smoking allowed in the villa and no pets. Breakage/key deposit of 100 euros required upon arrival and is fully refundable upon departure.

Price does not include the departure clean of 60 Euro paid on arrival to the local key holders.

Local English speaking key holders who will meet and greet you at the property, give advise on property, local area etc.

Upon booking a 20% deposit is required to to secure a booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure date. Upon arrival a refundable deposit of 100 euros is required for any breakages/lost keys, additional cleaning etc this is paid to the local key holders and refunded upon departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY up to 6 weeks of arrival date - no charge, 4-6 weeks -50% of total payment refunded, 2-4 weeks before arrival -25% of total refunded, less than 2 weeks before arrival - NO REFUND. Please note that guests are required to purchase their own comprehensive insurance cover as the villa owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations etc. However, in the event of cancellation from the owner then all monies will be refunded.

The owner reserves the right to charge the guest for any breakages, excess cleaning, damage and losses to the property caused by the guests. All guests are also requested to respect the communal areas and adhere to the pool area rules.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This part of the Costa Blanca offers a wealth of activities for all ages and interests! The famous Mar Menor, just 20 km away, is water sports paradise. Try jet-ski and small boat lessons! If you prefer to remain on dry land, there are many golf courses in the surrounding area. We can give information on courses and golf lessons with a golf professional.

If the region's rich culture and history are more in your line of interest, there are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartagena to the south - all of which are well worth a visit.

The Villamartin area

This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding and general sightseeing all close by. All amenities such as banks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within the immediate vicinity.

The climate is one of the best in Europe with over 320 days of sunshine a year!! There's a host of activities within easy reach which include a fabulous water park, go karting, water sports and the famous theme park 'Terra Mitica' is only an hours drive away.

The famous palm filled Villamartin Plaza which hosts a multitude of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops is
just a short drive away. Within 5-10 mins drive you can reach the beautiful beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and the Water Park in Torrevieja.

Torrevieja has a shopping centre called ' Habenaras' with Spanish shops such as Zara, Bershka and many more plus there is a Carrefour hipermarket. Opposite the shopping centre you have more shops, restaurants and a casino!
Two other Championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive from this property. There are many more courses within an hour’s drive which are open all year such as the famous Polaris World courses.

Entre Golf is just 20mins from San Javier airport and 45 minutes from Alicante.

Ryanair and Easyjet fly to both the above airports.

Both airports have car hire and taxis.

Door to door directions from airport to villa, plus we can arrange airport pick ups and drop offs if required.
