About the home

This villa is furnished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings throughout. Front access to the property opens into the very large dining/lounge area with open plan, fully fitted kitchen. The master bedroom features kingsize bed, whilst the twin bedroom can be changed to accommodate 3x . The bathroom comprises of bath as well as shower.

A further Z bed can be used in the lounge to sleep up to 6 persons.

For the true sun worshippers or full the “al fresco” life, the property’s key features are the amount of outdoor areas: very large, private roof terrace complete with table & chairs, sunloungers, parasol & solid Bar-B-Q, as well as front balcony with awning for those requiring shade, which overlooks the private pool (4mx3.5m) whilst the communal pool is situated literally outside the rear gate.

The property is Ideally situated in quiet area, whilst also being within easy walking distance of Villamartin Plaza, bars, golf & tennis etc. and has proved itself to be an extremely popular holiday property.

If you haven't visited the Costa Blanca before then visit now, as this is a thriving coast with an appeal to young and old alike.This is a wonderful stretch of coastline offering miles of sandy blue flag beaches and blue skies. The climate boasts an average of 320 days of sunshine a year. You have the choice to explore the numerous activities the coast has to offer. Fantastic golf courses, water sports, horse riding, tennis are just a few of the options.

The coast is full of protected wildlife reserves, around the Torrevieja saltpans the unique wetland eco system is an important nature reserve with flamingos, in total there are over 250 species of birds. Some of beaches are backed with sand dunes and Mediterranean Pines where you can always find a secluded spot.

There is something for the entire family, busy resorts, quiet fishing communities with numerous restaurants offering traditional Spanish cuisine, or if you prefer a wide range of international restaurants, bars and clubs.

There are bustling street markets where you can sample the local produce. The quality of life is vibrant and you can join in the fun at the many fiestas throughout the year.

The Villamartin / Las Violetas area

The villa is located within the popular 'Las Violetas' area of Villamartin. This is a fully established, matured area of approx. 5 years old and is frequented by residential as well as tourists and is very popular during peak season with English families.

The area is a quiet location whilst being just 4 min. walk from Villamartin Plaza with its excellent choice of bars, restaurants, banks, supermarket etc - again, during peak season there is a lot of family orientated entertainment to ensure everyone is kept amused. Plus, local taxi´s can be hired from the Plaza. If you fancy a change then Los Dolses is just a 15 min walk from the villa and offers alternative bars/restaurants etc.

Beaches
Nearby La Zenia is literally a 5 min drive or during peak season there is a bus service which operates between Villamartin Plaza and the beach. This beach is a safe, sandy bay with permanent restaurant as well as beach bars during the warmer months. However, also close by are further bays and beaches - majority sandy but some with rock pools - if the children (or even adults!) want to explore.

Large Party Bookings
We can offer further choice of neighbouring villas, or nearby apartment etc - for those looking to travel in a larger party who want to be close to each other within this popular area of Villamartin. Further details upon request.

Ideal property for golfers. Just minutes walk from Villamartin golf entrance and bars/restaurants of the Plaza. Whilst Campoamor & Las Ramblas are just 5 min drive from villa. Plenty of further choice within easy drive in either direction ... La Marquesa, La Finca - Roda Golf, Polaris World - La Manga .... provides great choice for the die-hard golfers with home-from-home comfort & standard. Long weekends catered for.
