This very large and airy Villamartin plaza apartment is on the first floor and caters for all tastes,the apartment is probably the largest on the complex and benefits from double glazing and has recently had a newly installed fitted bathroom and kitchen The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom can cater for up to four persons in one double bed and two single beds the lounge also has two double sofa beds A minute walk to the bars and restaurants.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Torrevieja is a 15 minutes drive from Villamartin or a local bus service. Very busy promenade and beaches and night life. Harbour and a large Marina. La Zenia`s blue flag beach is a 5 minute drive away or a local bus service runs throughout the summer to the beach. Campoamor beach is about a 10 minute drive and is superb with a marina next door. Other lovely beaches and marinas nearby.
Villamartin / Villamartin Plaza area
Villamartin Golf Course is one of 3 championship courses in the area, it also has a Tennis court and a Top class restaurant. It is situated very close to the beach resorts. The apartment is on the Villamartin Plaza complex which contains numerous bars, restaurants and shops. There is a solarium on top of the apartment. Car hire can be arranged, and also airport pickup
The apartment is ideally situated for touring around Costa Blanca in general. There is an abundance of shops and of particular interest there are Markets held everyday of the week in the towns and villages of the area, they are, Torrevieja. Guardamar, Rojales, Elche, Almoradi, ect. The towns of Rojales and Almoradi are charming rural towns where you can shop and have a drink or Tapas and enjoy yourself in the sunshine.
For those of you who like to combine a Beach holiday with a rural setting and also Golf this apartment is ideally located. From Villamartin the nearest beach is just 5 minutes away, this is the resort of La Zenia. Travelling along the coast there are also the resorts of Punta Prima, Cabo Roig and not forgetting the town beach at Torrevieja. You can also book a boat trip to the tiny Island of Tabarca, well worth a visit. For the shoppers amongst you why not visit the Cities of Alicante and Murcia where you can shop till you drop.
Golf Information The apartment is situated on Villamartin plaza Golf Complex and overlooks the famous Villamartin golf clubhouse. This is an 18 hole championship course which attracts many top players. Nearby there are two other 18 hole championship golf courses, they are Las Ramblas and Real Compoarmor and further afield the new Golf course of La Finca at Algorfa which is rated as one of the best in the area. The facilities in each one are first class.
Villamartin Plaza offers a lively multicultural mix of bars, restaurants. The Plaza has a lower and upper level and there are more venues immediately opposite the Plaza. In this tropical setting you can have an enjoyable night out in the open air. Sitting in Villamartin Plaza beneath the palm trees you can enjoy taking in the sights, admiring the exotic flowers or watching the native green parrots. You can take a table upstairs for an even better view of Villamartin Plaza. Most of the bars, restaurants and shops in this impressive centre of attraction are open all year round.
Villamartin Plaza also has a hairdressers, bank (with Cash point), health centre and supermarket. You can even buy the current day's International newspapers ! The Bars and Restaurants of Villamartin Plaza cater for a broad set of tastes ensuring that everyone will be able to find something to their liking. Most restaurants in Villamartin Plaza provide outdoor seating and many provide live entertainment. It is always advisable to reserve a table for your evening meal to avoid disappointment.
