* The town house is located in a very quiet area in the Bosque De Las Lomas region in the resort of Villamartin.
* With one double and two single beds plus a sofa bed it sleeps six people.
* There are 2 swimming pools within 50 yards of the house which can only be used by the residents of Bosque De Las Lomas, both pools have shallow and deep ends for full family use.
* Built five years ago it has a mini shopping centre including bank, supermarket, 4 english pubs, indian/english and chinese retaurants within 250 yards of the front door.
* It is a 20 minute walk from the renowned Villamartin Plaza which offers a wide range of entertainment as well as a host of international restaurants offering fantastic food.
* The golden sandy beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are all within 5-10 minutes by car.

* The house has air conditioning upstairs which is controlled by a meter ( 1 euro for 1 hour).
* Ground floor there is a lounge / dining area , sofa bed (sleeps 2) and cloakroom toilet with vanity unit.
* The kitchen has a large fridge / freezer, halogen hob, oven ,washing machine (located in back yard) microwave with grill, kettle, toaster, Ironing equipment and a full inventory of utensils.
* Please can i stress - we have a DVD/TV Player and CD Player but there is no live TV i.e no sky or access to english programmes - there are a selection of DVDs to watch which are updated each year when the owners travel out.
* Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes (with extra blankets if required and plenty of coat hangers!), the main bedroom has a double bed and an outside balcony , the second bedroom has two single beds.
*The bathroom has a bath,shower,toilet,bidet and vanity unit

* There is a parking space directly outside the house
* The front garden has a patio area which has two sun loungers to sunbathe on.
* Outside the main bedroom we have a balcony which can be used to sunbathe or relax on a morning/evening.
* Our housekeeper (who also cleans) lives 3 doors from the house and has a spare set of keys if required.
* A washing line is to the rear of the house where wet clothes/towels can be dried
* The front balcony is fantastic for having lunch or an evening meal, we have a table and four chairs to dine at.
* In addition to an alarm the front door has a double lock and all windows have bolted grills for security minded people. We also have a keysafe fitted to the front door.

Our guests are welcome to use our beach towels - we do not provide bath/shower towels, there are Tea Towels for cups / dishes etc.
We have two cushioned sun loungers for guests to use indoors or on the main bedroom balcony.
Conditions
Reservations are for a minimum of one week.
1. Where the reservation is made more than 7 weeks prior to arrival, a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental is due to confirm the reservation within seven days of the provisional booking.
2. The balance of any reservation is due 4 weeks prior to arrival including the 45 euros for laundry /cleaning
3. If, after full payment the client wishes to cancel the booking, every effort will be made to re let the property. If re letting is acheived then a full refund will be made. However if re letting is not possible then a reduced figure will be calculated at one sixth for each week of notice.
4. The client must obtain their own insurance cover - the owners cannot be held responsible for injury , loss, damage,cancellations or delays. If the owners have to cancel a full refund will be given.
5. The owners reserve to right to charge clients for damages/loss or breakages to the property caused by clients.

Villamartin offers everything you need in a holiday - It is very close to the beaches and resorts of La Zenia,Cabo Roig,Playa Flamenca & Campoamor - In the car you can drive to Torrevieja (12kms) where you can spend the whole day either sunbathing,shopping,relaxing at the marina or trying out the many slides at the Aquapolis waterpark .
For those more adventurous there is a Go Cart Track, Water Skiing/Scuba Diving school(s) and a Ballooning experience. As everybody knows it is a golfers paradise, Las Ramblas,Campoamor and Villamartin are on the doorstep, there are 11 other golf courses within a 30 mile radius and the world famous La Manga resort is 40 minutes from the house. House is 1 km from the motorway (A7) where you can travel to Alicante (45 mins) or Benidorm (120 mins).
The Villamartin / Bosque De Las Lomas area
* Saturdays (Playa Flamenca) and Monday (San Pedro) are market days - Torrevieja have a 'hippy' market daily where there are over 250 stalls selling Clothes/Jewellry/Linen etc.
* Villamartin Plaza (25 mins walk)is renowned for its atmosphere offering a host of international restaurants
and bars.
* A mini supermarket is 200 yards away - the main supermarket MERCADONA is half a mile away.
* We have two english pubs (offering food), chinese and indian restaurants, a bank (with cash machine) and
some shops within 200 yards of the house.
* Fresh salt water lakes are a 10 minute drive , there is also a fishing lake situated very closeby.
* Campoamor is a gentle 5 minutes drive from the house and in addtion to the championship golf course, there are 10 tennis courts and a multi gym. (there is also a 5 a side astro turf pitch)
* There is one cycle route located 500 yards from the house.

From Alicante Airport - Leave airport and bear left to join the A7 at Junction 72 to Cartagena - At Junction 77 exit AT and join the A37 to Cartagena - You will then join toll road (approx 2 euros) continue down A37 exiting toll road at Junction 763 signposted La Zenia - Upon exiting turn left at rounabout proceeding ahead to Villamartin. Follow road for approx 2 km's passing Villamartin golf club then Villamartin plaza on your left, at the end of the road turn left - Bearing left as the road forks you will notice the golf course either side of you, proceed ahead over the roundabout and when you come to the junction turn left - Go to the top of the road when approaching the mini roundabout take your first turning which is practically straight over - Follow the road along for about half a mile and you will find yourself turning left and going down a hill, at the bottom of the hill take your third turning round the roundabout and you will see the Pato Pekin restaurant on your left - approx 60 yards past the restaurant take your second entrance into Bosque De Las Lomas III , the house is the first one on the right hand side. - Journey time 51 minutes
From Murcia Airport - Leave airport following signs to the A37 Alicante - You will join the toll road (2 euros) continuing down the A37 exiting the toll at junction 763 (La Zenia) Turn left at the at the rounabout and from here follow exactly the same directions as detailed above from Alicante airport ...... Journey time 28 minutes
1)For car hire i would recommend Goldcar or Auriga Crown which usually are the most reasonable.
2) Taxis from Alicante approx 50 euros - Taxis from Murcia approx 35 euros
3) I can arrange for a local firm to pick you up cheaper if required (please advise if needed)

You have a lovely house with fantastic neighbours around, please pass on our thanks. With ample bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, our holiday was first class.
