Villamartin / Orihuela area
Orihuela Town 6.8km. In the 15th century Orihuela was prosperous enough for Fernando and Isabel to stop and collect men and money on their way to do battle against the Moors at Granada. The Gothic cathedral, with its Romanesque cloister, contains Velazquez´s The Temptation of St Thomas Aquinas. Among the exhibits in the Museo San Jaun de Dios is a processional float bearing a 17th century statue of a she-devil, La Diablesa.
How to get there
Alicante airport 38 KM 30 minutes drive on A7 leave at junction 81 direction for Benferri, then only 2 KM to property. Murcia airport 43 KM 40 minutes drive on either AP7 and CV95.
Many budget airlines use these airports. Also cheap car rental from both of these airports.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
All reservations require a non refundable deposit of £50.
Balance due on arrival. Payable in cash Euro or £.
£100 security deposit taken on all bookings, refundable upon receipt of the keys and satisfactory inspection of the apartment, per booking.
40 Euros cleaning/laundry charge payable locally.
We can arrange a welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals if required. 30 euros paid locally.
Negotiable discount for winter lets of 4 weeks or more.
