Casa Christom is located just five minutes’ drive from the nearest beach at La Zenia. Dozens of white sand beaches are within easy reach. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Torrevieja / Mar Menor, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from a shared pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Outside there is a spacious garden and private patio area which is furnished with tables and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With three twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The perfect location
The extraordinary climate on this part of the Costa Blanca assures you of more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of between 18 & 20 degrees Celsius. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy, almost any time of the year, not only the beaches but also the numerous other outdoor activities which are available.
Between Torrevieja and Playas De Orihuella there are, for example, five marinas, four 18 hole golf courses, horse riding stables and two water parks. Enjoy the incomparable scenery which will make you forget your worries. Nevertheless, this little paradise is just 40 minutes from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from San Javier airport.
Villamartin / Panorama Golf area
Villamartín: The immediate vicinity and the golf courses Casa ‘Christom’ is situated in quiet, green surroundings and has distant views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa borders on the oldest and best-known golf course on the Costa Blanca: Villamartín. Since 1972, Villamartín has developed to become a Mediterranean village around which three golf courses have been built. One of these, the Villamartín golf course, that borders Casa ‘Christom’, is a Championship Course. This course is the home base of the Open-Mediterrania and is a port of call for the PGA tour.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Payment methods - cheque or bank draft.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. A damage deposit of £100, payable by cheque is also required for all bookings. This deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of end of stay, provided keys are returned and there are no damages. The owner reserves the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the client.
The client must obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations, etc.
Conditions
Linen and house towels are included. Beach towels not provided. There is a charge of €55 euro (for 4 people + €10 for each extra person) payable locally, for cleaning after your departure.
We aim to be as flexible as possible and we will try to accommodate all requests with regard to changeover dates & times.
