The spacious accommodation offers relaxing holiday comfort in the privacy of your own sunny garden and huge, luxury swimming pool with large patio area for sunbathing and BBQ. There are sea view s from your own porch in the garden. The communal pool is very convenient when you wish to socialise further.
You will find two local markets within 10 minutes drive providing Spanish foods and clothing, handbags, shoes and other souvenirs to remember your trip. Superb 18 hole golf courses surround the area providing stunning scenery and a challenge for any golf enthusiasts. Villamartin golf course is appropriately 5 minutes walk, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are approximately 5 minutes away by car.
There are three sandy beaches all within two miles of each other five minutes drive from the villa. La Zenia with large glass fronted restaurant, banana boat and waves ideal for surfing. El Capitan has calm coastal waters with beach hut serving a wide variety of food, drinks and cocktails.
Cabo Roig is another very calm sandy beach, with the fantastic La Bahia beach front restaurant serving a selection of international foods over looking the harbour. Highly recommended.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
If you choose this villa you are in a prime beach/golfing environment which offers three sandy beaches with restaurants, beach bars all within two miles of each other along the coastal road, approximately five minutes drive from the villa, they had a record number of visitors to this region during the early part of 2008 as the climate is healthy and warm.
You can walk to Villamartin golf course and play or just enjoy the scenery. The two great championship courses are a five minute drive from the villa (non-golfers welcome) as Campoamor has a great alfresco area and serves tapas and paella, the luxury club house overlooks fantastic views of the course and beyond.
Las Ramblas is immediately next door and a more challenging course. To relax during the evening take a short walk to the popular Plaza, visitors come from afar attracted to this traditional square packed with a huge variety of restaurants, Irish bars, shops and home to a family of parrots who live in the palm trees all on your doorstep.
Villamartin / Pinada Golf area
This modern property will give you and your family and friends great access to several sandy beaches and coves approximately 5 minutes drive away.
Water park and modern 3 storey shopping mall with under floor parking and night life approximately 15 minutes away.
Apart from this, there are many restaurants and bars to be found at the traditional and most popular Villamartin plaza, this is approximately a 5-10 minutes walk from the house and is not to be missed.
During peak season there are children's activity/games area and karaoke.
How to get there
Most budget airlines fly into Murcia.
Approximately 15 mins transfer from the house and Alicante approximately 40 mins transfer from the house.
Which ever you prefer take the AP7 (Spanish motorway blue signs) to exit at La Zenia there maybe a small toll payment, cash or credit card accepted.

Further details indoors: The property sleeps 6, 2 of the single beds being of put up style in the lounge or master bedroom.
Cots and high chairs can be provided on request.
Both bedrooms & lounge are fully air conditioned & heated should you require.
You will find 3 comfortable leather sofas in the open plan lounge, with sky TV on a 42" plasma, 2 bar stools, 4 chairs and table suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
We also provide a parasol for this table and a smaller beach parasol and sunbeds. Beach towels are not provided.
Further details outdoors: Pool heating is an optional extra at £15 per day and must be requested on booking via email please. Communal pool if required is accessed with a security key found at the villa.

We require £100 (per week)deposit, plus £100 damage deposit when booking & final payment plus heated pool money (if required) 8 weeks before your departure date.
Payment by cheque or via internet transfer.
Damages: We expect any small accidental breakages to be replaced like for like during your stay. The damage deposit will be refunded on your return after inspection of the property.
The Villa will be available from 14:00hrs on your day of arrival & you are required to vacate the Villa by 10:30am on the morning of departure (unless by prior arrangement).
Clients must have there own personal insurance cover as we the owners cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage,injury,delays or flight cancellations.
Clients requiring the pool heater are expected to use the pool cover whenever possible to maintain the temperature(its in your interest).
NO GLASS to be used around the pool area as plastic crockery is supplied.
We ask that it is in your interest that all children are supervised around the pool & solarium. Clients are reminded that this is our family holiday home and hope that any visitors respect our property.
