This stunning south facing bungalow has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, an American style kitchen with a light and airy lounge/diner.
The master bedroom has a double bed and cot, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds with a large and a built in wardrobe. The Master bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. A sofa bed is located in the lounge as well as the hot and cold air conditioning. The lounge also contains children's toys and books, and games for the adults.
From the lounge you have a terrace where you can enjoy lazy days with a awning that can be opened and closed. The solarium is equipped with patio furniture and parasols.

The outside consists of a large, private driveway to the side and a small front garden with mature trees. The two beautiful communal swimming pools are to the front of the property with a secure keypad entry system.
For the golfer, Villamartin (which is fast becoming one of the best golf courses in Spain) is within walking distance. Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf course are also a short drive away. The sandy Blue Flag beaches of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are also a short car journey away.

Conditions
A 25% (non refundable) deposit is required on booking with balance payable 6 weeks prior to start of holiday.
A refundable breakages deposit is required of £100 prior to arrival which will be refunded within 2 weeks of vacating the property, (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


According to The World Health Authority, this areas has been described as one ofe the healthiest in the world. It boats a climate of over 330 days sunshine a year and a mean temp of 18C.
The beaches are a short drive away and well worth a visit. In total there are seven Blue Flag beaches in the area offering clean white fine sand and safe bathing.
Costa Blanca is fast becoming a Golfers paradise with over 24 Golf courses within 45 mins drive from the property.
The Villamartin / Los Dolses area
Villamartin is an up market resort and approximately 10 kms south of Torrevieja and can be reached from either Alicante (40 mins north) or Murcia (15 mins south) airports.The Los Dolses Plaza and Villamartin Plaza contains many restaurants most of which are open all year round, they vary from Italian, English, German, Spanish, Mexican, Chinese, Indian and French to name but a few. Meals are served both indoors and outside in summer months in the delightful courtyard. there are also a number of bars and cafes in the vicinity.
A 30 min car ride away is the La Manga, famous for it's golf course, celebrity hang out and "Miami" style palm tree lined roads.
The nearest town Torrevieja has a beautiful marina and coastal promenade (a beautiful walk) many nightclubs, bars, restaurants and shops. If you are looking for a romantic break, family holiday, golfing holiday, beach holiday, activity holiday or simply the opportunity to relax and chill out in the sun then this is the place for you. A car is recommended if you want to experience everything from the bustle of Benidorm, the charm of city ports such as Cartagena or the peaceful tranquility of quiet little Spanish villages.
Beaches: Playa La Zenia, Capitain Playa and Campoamor are the best and closest beaches to the house. They are wide and sandy with water sports being very popular especially at La Zenia during the Summer. Playa Campo and Playa Els Ortigles (between Torrevieja and Guardamar have beautiful long stretches of unspoilt coastline just north of Torrevieja. Behind the sandy beach are sand dunes. Lunch can be eaten at the tapas bar on the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire.
Golf: There are 3 excellent golf courses very near. The nearest being Villamartin, a companionship golf course, the venue for the PGA Mediterranean Open 1994. Clever use of natural contours, and abundance of fairway olive trees and well-placed bunkers makes it challenging for all abilities. The stunning course at Las Ramblas is the most challenging, demanding accuracy and thought. High trees, narrow fairways and ravines feature strongly on this memorable course. Campoamor is set in two valleys with magnificent views. The front nine are fairly open, but fast. The back nine holes are more demanding as they wind through steep sided hills providing very enjoyable golf.
The Saturday market in Playa Flamenca is just 10 mins away. Here you will find fresh vegetables and fruit grow by local farmers. You will also find a host of other products including clothes, shoes, art, books, trinkets, leather goods etc. All at prices well below shop prices.

Christmas Period £300 Weekly Rate.
Cleaning Fee of 30 Euros (cash), payable on arrival of property.
Refundable 30 Euros (cash) Key Deposit.Payable when in receipt of keys and returnable when keys have been returned when property is vacated.
Reservations are for a minimum of one week (unless by prior arrangement) and commence at 14:00 hrs on the day of arrival and end at 10:30 hrs on the day of departure.
Late departure: Vacating the property between 10.30am and 12.00pm on the date of departure will incur a charge of £20. Vacating the property after 12.00pm on the date of departure will incur a charge of a full day. (The Day Rate will be calculated on a pro-rate basis)
The maximum number of 5 occupants is based on a family, 2 adults and up to 3 children. Any extra adults over 2 adults will incur a supplement of an additional £50 per adult per week. A person over the age of 12 is considered as an Adult in these terms.
If, after full payment the client wishes to cancel the booking, every effort will be made to re-let the property. If re-letting is achieved then the full refund will be made - a 10% Administration Fee. However, if re-letting is not possible then a reduced figure will be calculated:
4 - 6 weeks before arrival date 50% of rental refunded
2 - 4 weeks before arrival date 25% of rental refunded
1 - 2 weeks before arrival date 10% of rental refunded
The client must obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owners cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations, delay etc. However, in the event of cancellation by the owners then all monies will be refunded.
All information offered by the owner’s forms part of the booking conditions. Distances and descriptions are offered in good faith. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and the client is deemed to of accepted these.
