The first floor apartment has two bedrooms is tastefully furnished and has a front and rear balcony. Air conditioning and heating. Lounge dining room for six people with satellite TV and stereo. Also available XBox with games, including Tennis, PGA Tour, Sonic, FIFA, Spiderman and others. Kitchen fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bathroom fully tiled with shower. Table and chairs on the rear balcony. Stairs lead from this balcony to a large solarium with another table, chairs, sunbeds and barbecue. Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided. You only need to bring beach towels. Cot for baby available at no extra cost.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca enjoys one of Europe's mildest climates. Here are some of the best beaches in Spain. The nearest beach is La Zenia which is a blue flag beach.
The Park of Nations, known as the Dragon Park, is a popular family attraction.
The Palmaral of Elche. This is a town surrounded by thousands of date palms, they are watered by a 10th century irrigation system from the River Vinalopo.
Alicante is about three quarters an hours drive away. This is a prosperous bustling city in a coastal position with many historical buildings and churches and museums. It also has a very large shopping centre.
Torevieja is about ten minutes away. This town consists of two enormous salt lakes which are known to be effective against asthmas, rheumatism, dermatological, heart disease and skin disorders. This is also a thriving bird reserve and many pink flamingoes breed every year.
Here there are an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and discos. There is also a fun fair and Aqua Park. The market next to the sea front is open daily all year round.
Benidorm is also only an hours drive away with the Safari Park, and Dolphinarium.
Golfing is very close, Villa Martin Golf Course, along with Campoamar a five minute drive away from Villa Martin. La Finca and Las Ramblas are around ten / fifteen minutes drive and La Manga Club and the 2006 championship host La Finca are also only about half an hours drive away.
The Ozone Leisure Complex is about a 10 minute drive away here there is a bowling alley, amusement arcade, trampolines and buncy castles. Burger King and MacDonalds are also here along with a Carrefour Hypermarket. Recently opened is a large Shopping Mall with lots of designer shops.
Villamartin / Brisas y Golf II area
Within walking distance of Villa Martin, established in the late 70's. The Plaza is packed with a variety of bars and restaurants on two floors and is always full of life. These range from an Indian, Italian, Pizza, Chinese and the famous Eduardos. Bars again are very varied and include the Irish Bar, a Karaoke Bar and even a racing bar with Tote racing live. There is also a cocktail bar opened March 07.
Also nearby is the Villa Martin Golf Course (previous host to the Spanish Open). This is an 18 hole par 72 course with a driving range. Other golf courses nearby include Las Ramblas, Camponaar and La Finca.
A short drive away is a large Superstore where goods including alcohol can be purchased at two thirds of the price in the UK.
Torrevieja is the nearest large town and has an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The largest market in Europe is held here on Friday along with a smaller market on Wednesday and Sunday. There is also a large water park here. Close to the apartment is also horse riding, tennis and go karts.

Deposit of £50 at time of booking is required the balance payable 30 days prior to departure. A deposit of £100 or 100 euros is required on receipt of the keys in Villa Martin. This will then be returned once the keys are returned providing there is no breakages or damage. Cost of replacement keys if 50 euros.
