A very comfortable 'home from home' property offering a great base for families or couples alike - 2 bed with the option of using 3rd bedroom. The main part of the property (all on same floor) features lounge/dining room with air con, digital TV and stereo - open plan kitchen is fully equipped for holiday catering. Double bedroom & twin bedroom both have ceiling fans and are located either side of bathroom. Whilst the 3rd bedroom with twin beds, en suite bathroom and air con is accessed via roof solarium. Outdoor areas are child-safe as both front and rear patios are fully enclosed & gated. Both front & rear patios have table+chairs, as well as expandable awning for those requiring shade when necessary to the front of the property. The private roof solarium has sunloungers and is an absolute suntrap - just as well the communal pool is located literally to the rear of the property. Property is alarmed, double glazed & parking is roadside to the front of the property.

If you haven't visited the Costa Blanca before then visit now, as this is a thriving coast with an appeal to young and old alike.This is a wonderful stretch of coastline offering miles of sandy blue flag beaches and blue skies. The climate boasts an average of 320 days of sunshine a year. You have the choice to explore the numerous activities the coast has to offer. Fantastic golf courses, water sports, horse riding, tennis are just a few of the options. The coast is full of protected wildlife reserves, around the Torrevieja saltpans the unique wetland eco system is an important nature reserve with flamingos, in total there are over 250 species of birds. Some of beaches are backed with sand dunes and Mediterranean Pines where you can always find a secluded spot.
There is something for the entire family, busy resorts, quiet fishing communities with numerous restaurants offering traditional Spanish cuisine, or if you prefer a wide range of international restaurants, bars and clubs.
There are bustling street markets where you can sample the local produce. The quality of life is vibrant and you can join in the fun at the many fiestas throughout the year.
Villamartin / Bahia Golf area
Villamartin is an established resort with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. The self-contained plaza has all the everyday requirements for your holiday, including supermarket, shops, banks and bars etc. The palm covered court, when lit at night provides a relaxing atmosphere for evenings out. Torrevieja town is 6km away and has many quality shops, also a large marina and delightful sea-front restaurants. The promenade stretches the whole length of the town. San Miguel with it's popular Wednesday market is only 5 minutes drive away. Many delightful unspoilt local villages are still to be found in this area and numerous blue flag unspoilt beaches can be found along the coast. Villamartin Is A Very Pleasant Residential Area With Whitewashed Villas, Pretty Colourful Flowers, Plants And Palms And Is Approximately A 45 Minute Drive From Alicante Airport Or Only A 20 Minute Drive From Murcia Airport. The Town Of Torrevieja, With Its Bustling Friday Market, Is Only A 10 Minute Drive Away And The Markets Of San Pedro, Playa Flamenca And San Miguel Are Also Within Easy Reach By Car. The Famous La Manga Resort Is Approximately A 40 Minute Drive.
