Sierra Villa is located on a pleasant urbanisation in Villamartin. There are a wide choice of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance including the popular Villamartin Plaza where there is a well stocked supermarket. The beaches of Cabo Roig and Campoamor are less than 10 minutes drive away by car and there is also a regular local bus service. Golfers can enjoy playing on three Championship golf course each 5 minutes away - Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Royal Campoamor. The bustling and vibrant resort of Torrevieja is a 20 minute drive on the coast road. The nearby motorway connects the cities of Alicante, Murcia and Cartegena and the airports of Murcia (20 mins) and Alicante (45 mins).
The villa benefits from it's own private pool, with shallow end perfect for children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with sea views, furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With four bedrooms, two with en-suite's and a family bathroom the villa is ideal for families, (or perhaps 2 small families) with plenty to see and do in the surrounding area during your stay. The gardens are spacious with a sheltered BBQ area and there is a rooftop solarium.
