Our villa is situated in the popular Villamartin area in a private gated community. It has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom and a downstairs WC. It has full hot and cold air conditioning and the cost of this is included in the price. It has a fully fitted kitchen with everything you would require for either a short or long term let, spacious lounge with dining area, three sun balconies with patio furniture and overlooks a landscaped garden with a communal swimming pool. It is a well furnished property close to all amenities and ideally suited for families, couples or golfers looking to spend some time in Villamartin where the sun shines almost all year round. There are a number of bars and restaurants close to the villa and a large supermarket five minutes walk away. Villamartin Plaza with many bars, restaurants and shops is a five minute drive away. The area boasts many European blue flag beaches and three championship golf courses.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This location is not only perfect for golfers and lovers of the seaside and blue flag beaches, it is also an ideal touring base from which to explore the whole of southern Spain. The new motorway AP7 is less than five minutes away and the main coast road, N332 around 10 minutes. The nearest airport, Murcia is just 20km away and reached directly via the AP7. Alicante airport is 40 km, or around 30 minutes on the N332 or AP7.The nearest major town is Torrevieja, still a working fishing port and marina and heart of the region’s historic sea salt industry. It also offers attractive beaches and promenades, varied and lively shops and restaurants, interesting places to visit and, reputedly, one of the world’s healthiest micro-climates.

Villamartin / Bosque De Las Lomas area

Villamartin is approximately 10 kms south of Torrevieja and can be reached from either Alicante (30 mins north) or Murcia (15 mins south) airports. The closest beach at La Zenia is approximately a 5 minute drive away and the coast in this area has many blue flag beaches. Villamartin has 3 golf courses its own Villamartin (previously host to the Spanish open), Las Ramblas and Campamor (with a fantastic restaurant - open to the public). The nearest town Torrevieja has a beautiful marina and coastal promenade (a beautiful walk) many nightclubs, bars, restaurants and shops. If you are looking for a romantic break, family holiday, golfing holiday, beach holiday, activity holiday or simply the opportunity to relax and chill out in the sun then this is the place for you. A car is reccommended if you want to experience everything from the bussle of Benidorm, the charm of city ports such as Cartagena or the peacefull tranquility of quiet little Spanish villages.

How to get there

Most major budget airlines fly into Murcia or Alicante airports. Murcia (St Javier) airport is a ten minute drive and Alicante a 30 minute drive. Car hire is available at both airports check online comparison sites such as carjet.com or travelsupermarket.com. The closest motorway exit (off the AP7) would be at La Zenia and similarly off the N332 at La Zenia.

The villa has hot and cold air- conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, spacious dining area with table and 6 chairs and lounge with settee and a large sofa-bed. The villa has satellite TV with UK channels and ceiling fan.

Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and fan. Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and and fan.

Master bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge and freezer, oven and hob, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

The villa is in a gated community with private parking and overlooks a landscaped garden and the communal pool. It has three sun terraces; two at the front and one at the rear with a gas BBQ on the rear terrace. There are tables and chairs on each of the terraces.

Special discounts are negotiable for long- term rentals ( 4 weeks or more) except in July, August and September and depending on dates and availability. Day rates are available for mini-breaks. All prices include electricity and water, Bed linen and towels provided. Please supply own beach towels.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
A Non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. On arrival at the villa you will be met by our representative who will provide you with the keys. At this time you will be required to make a payment of 50 Euros to cover cleaning and laundry after your departure. Normal check out is by 10am and arrival after 2pm however where possible we will try to be flexible - please ask when you contact us. A refundable security deposit of £150 is required with the balance to cover breakages/damage. This will be returned when our representative has checked the property and confirmed that no damage has occurred.
