Absolutely amazing Villa which has 2 double bedrooms 1 x twin & 1 x bunkbedded room,3 terraces a swimming pool & designer outdoor bar / BBQ all set on 650m2 of gardens & less than a 2 minute walk to the Los Dolses shopping Centre & less than 10 mins to Villamartin Golf Course. The square has restaurants, pubs/ launderette/ Hairdressers etc. Set in panoramic gardens & with sea views to two sides of the property this is completely new for rental. The villa caters for minimum 8 persons + 1 baby & has everything in luxury required. The dining area/conservatory has pool and garden views & is a massive plus to have private undisturbed days & evenings lazing around. The kitchen is a full American diner with washing machine, dish washer - You name it we have it. The Villa is air conditioned as well as gas centrally heated throughout. Just a few hundred meters from Villamartin championship golf course, and less than 2 miles from the excellent Campoamour and Las Ramblas golf courses. All are excellent Golf Courses to play all year round. Also within 20 mins drive are La Finca and Quesada golf courses. A short 1 minutes walk takes you to the 2 very attractive, and recently built Los Dolses commercial centres, which have 2 large well stocked supermarkets, banks, shops, an internet cafe, plus many bars and restaurants. The famous Villamartin Plaza is a 10 minute walk away (passing by the golf course) and has a multitude of restaurants and bars, shops & a supermarket. La Zenia Blue Flag beach is just a mile away, which is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute leisurely walk. The luxurious triple communal pool is very little used, and the villa has its own private access gate to the pool. Only residents and guests are allowed to use the pool. Murcia Airport is 15 kms, Alicante is 40 kms.

Further details indoors: We have a breakfast bar also in the American open plan kitchen, we have a rear door ebtrance into a separate bedroom if required. There is large bar area around the pool with built in BBQ and kitchen.
there is a large rock pool community pool as well 50 yards around the corner from the villa
The drive caters for private parking off road, we have two large terraces and are situated on double plot therefore have a large garden and pool.On a clear day you can see both La Manga to the right from the top terrace and Torrevieja beaches to the left
Further details outdoors: Pool is quite deep therefore it is highly recommended that Children are supervised at all times during use of the pool. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure they accept liability in the event of any accident in relation to the pool

Date Submitted: Feb 03, 2008 Date of Stay: Sep 2007 we stayed in sept 2007 and loved the villa's spacious living room with two large terraces for evening drinks as well as the pool terrace and the bar/bbq,the drive holds two small cars and is very private, the bedrooms are great for accomodating a vary of uses,the pool . maintenence man is very thorough and get a bit used too but dont let that put you off the team are extremely helpful over there. what can I say it cost us under a grand to rent for the week and we took the whole family, restaurants / golf and bars all within walking distance and we had my husbands elderly father with us
