Home description
This big villa would be ideal for two families to share the wonderful facilities that is has to offer. It is furnished to a very high standard, has a well-equipped kitchen, including a juicer so that you can purchase the cheap oranges in the market while you are here and start your breakfast the healthy way !!
There is air conditioning in part of the villa but ceiling fans have been installed in all bedrooms. Sun loungers and a BBQ are provided for around the swimming pool but we ask that you bring your own towels for use in this area. This villa is fitted with an alarm system for your security.
Just chill out and enjoy the lovely weather in Spain and your own private pool!! Or for a taste of real Spain a short trip through orange and lemon groves will take you to the little village of San Miguel de Saiinas where you can test your language skills and visit a lively market. Here you will also find some lovely Spanish restaurants who offer a very reasonable menu of the day.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The southern end of the Costa Blanca is one of the finest areas for holidaying in Spain. Torrevieja is a bustling town on the coast 40 minutes' drive South of Alicante and its international airport. The water park is a favourite attraction for younger visitors. Torrevieja can also be reached using the new motorway from Murcia airport, which has good flight connections from the UK.
Villa Martin is a much sought after area because of its proximity to many beautiful, local golf courses & being close to the blue Mediterranean Sea. Its famous plaza with resident parrots are a firm favourite with visitors. The coast offers numerous white sandy beaches & a wonderful cliff walk just completed between Punta Prima and Cabo Roig.
Close by, the village of San Miguel de Salinas offers a touch of real Spain with its Wednesday market & wonderful eating places. La Manga sports complex on the Mar Menor inland sea is a short drive away, passing through many lovely Spanish villages on the way.
Villamartin / Pinada Golf area
Close by is the Villamartin Championship Golf Course, which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. If that was not enough to tempt the golfers, within 5 mins drive there are two more! Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging.
High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Finally we have Campoamor, which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day! It is important to know that no handicap is required for these local courses.
For the hard to please a 30 min drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort with three 18-hole courses to choose from. So bring your handicap card (just in case)as well as plenty of sunscreen. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!
