The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The beautiful coastline with golden sandy beaches is a 3 minute drive from the villa. There are watersports on La Zenia beach and wonderful coves and island beaches strung along the coastline walk from La Zenia to Cabo Roig beach which is 6 kilometres of amazing beaches.
From the terraces of Campoamor Hotel and restaurant are incredible views of the entire coastline and the Mar Menor . This is a most beautiful place to chill out and also to walk through the lovely gardens or countryside all around.

The lively fishing port and marina of Torrevieja is only a 10 minute drive away, with sea-food restaurants, clubs, large open air market, beautiful promenade.

Interesting Spanish towns lie all around with fine architecture, cultural centres and historic interest, such as Orihuela, Murcia and Elche. Here is the Priests Garden which is a beautiful place to spend the day and check out the subtropical plants and trees.
The cosmopolitan city of Alicante with beach, international harbour excellent museums and galleries is a 45-minute drive.

Water parks and watersports are within easy reach as well as Tierra Mitica.

Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area

Beautiful Villamartin Plaza built in colonial Spanish style with giant palms growing and wild parrots is a lovely place for a snack and a drink or a splendid evening meal in glittering style.

Ideally placed to cater for Golfers having easy access to the course at Villamartin but also offering local amenities for all the family including restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, bank, hairdresser, health centre, supermarket, boutiques, as well as tennis, riding.

How to get there

Villa Tamarindo is easily accessible by local transport and a 5 minute walk from local amenities.
Many budget airlines including Easijet service Alicante and Murcia airports. A Hire Car can be picked up at the Airport and travelling from Alicante it is a straight down the coast road N332 to the La Zenia roundabout where the first exit is taken to drive straight to Villamartin and just before the club house a right turn is taken into the road where the villa is the third on the right
Alternatively collection at the airport can be arranged.

Villa Tamarindo accommodates 8-12 in 2 double rooms and 3 twin beds convert to double bedrooms (each with its own en-suite), arranged around a galleried marble staircase.

There is an additional bed sitting room on the ground floor which also has en suite. There is a large dining room and a fully-equipped state of the art kitchen. There is full central heating and air conditioning.

Bedrooms have country and distant sea views.

A large terrace with a stylish mirror door leading off the first floor gallery has breathtaking views and overlooks the magnificent pool which has mosaic mural, is illuminated at night and is surrounded by an extensive sun deck with loungers.

There are spacious, furnished, flower-covered terraces overlooking the gardens which contain semi-tropical trees and plants. The barbecue garden has antico furniture.

A central music system has individual controls throughout the villa and terraces.
