Home description
Villa 235 is situated amongst beautiful gardens away from the road. It has been comfortably furnished to make your holiday or longer stay a real pleasure and has views of the pool and stream only a few metres away. Accommodation is in two bedrooms and can sleep 5 with a pull out bed. There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, hob, oven,fridge freezer and microwave. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink and bidet. There is a satellite TV and Air Con.
Outside there is private paved garden to the rear, a roof terrace and a front patio area with furniture and gated garden. The shared pool is of a very high standard and is accessed by key holders only. It is of a split level design with a shallow children's area and a deep area for diving. There are a number of Blue Flag beaches along the coast the nearest being just 5 mins drive away at La Zenia and Championship Golf Courses on the doorstep. There are also a number of local shops selling fresh bread etc within walking distance along with local bars and restaurants. Local temperatures make this an ideal destination all year round.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Murcia is a very old city, well worth a day visit. The climate is mild all year around with maybe some chilly evenings in the winter. North of the villa is the town of Torrevieja with its tourist attractions, beaches and fun fairs. Alicante is also to the north with the Theme Park Terra Mittica. There are a number of day trips available along the coast.
Villamartin / Orihuela area
There are a number of local Spanish Markets in the area. One is at Playa Famenca on a Saturday selling excellent fresh produce, wine etc along with bargains for all.
There is also an excellent Go- Karting track at Playa Famenca for adults and children. This area is only a 5 min drive away.
There are 3 Championship Golf Courses in the area. The Nearest is Villamartin which is just a 5mins drive from Villa235. Other courses include Campamoar, Las Ramblas and La Finca within 40mins drive.
The nearest beach, La Zenia, is only 5 mins drive away and offers cafes,bars, restaurants,as well as sun bed hire,toilets and play areas. For the quieter beaches then try Campamoar and Horedada, along the coast to the south. Further on are the well known resorts of mar Menor and La Manga and for a quieter Spanish town explore Alcazares.
There is a fabulous Water park at Quesada, very Spanish and accessable from the A332 ,heading north for 30mins approx. For a day trip you can go to Terra Mittica, an Amusement Park in the Alicante region, or A boat trip to Sante Pola from Torrevieja, just 30mins drive away.

Murcia Airport 20 mins. Alicante 40 mins. Car hire Carjet.com Airlines include Bmibaby, Flybe, Thomsonfly, Easyjet, BA, plus all the Charter Airlines. Airport transfers can be arranged and we can recommend car hire on request.

Further details indoors: Villa 235 is of an open plan design, air conditioned, with a lounge with two leather sofas, Satellite tv, dining area with a glass topped dining table to seat six. There is a a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, with crockery,cutlery,glassware,cooking equipment etc, and utility, housing a washing machine and separate sink.The 1st bedroom has a ceiling fan and twin beds.The 2nd bedroom has French Doors opening into the rear,very private, garden which has sun loungers with cushions, table and chairs.Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and sink within a vanity unit. There is a heated towel rail and heater. The Sun Roof Terrace is particularly private to sit at any time of the day and has a table, chairs and sun loungers. The front garden and patio provides shade most of the day and is lovely to sit at for breakfast or at any time of the day.
There is a front gate to the property making the garden ideal for young children. The close proximity of the Villa to the pool is ideal, yet being away from the road makes it the perfect location. The Community of Verdemar II has a particularly good reputation for its up keep of the surrounding gardens, stream and pool. The pool is cleaned on a daily basis and is of a very high standard and can only be accessed by the key holders of the community.
We provide a parasol, folding chairs, a cool bag plastic plates etc, and mats for the beach. There are various children's toys, floats etc, for the pool stored in the roof terrace cupboard . A selection of board games and books can be found inside the Villa for your use. All linen and towels are provided apart from your own beach towels. There is a clothes line, pegs and airer.
Further details outdoors: Villa 235 has a private sun roof terrace ,rear paved garden with loungers,table, parasol and chairs. The front garden has a patio with table and chairs and a gated garden area leading to a path along a beautiful stream and over a small foot bridge to the pool area. Villa 235 is situated away from the road and is situated close to the pool. The shared pool is extremely well maintained and is on two levels. The upper area has a sloping area and splash pool for children, a waterfall leads to the lower deep area for diving. The pool can only be accessed by key holders and residents.
The location is quiet but friendly with bars and restaurants not too far away.

I can provide a Welcome Pack on request if required. There is an English cuople who look after the property for me if you have any questions. Airport transfers can be arranged on request if you prefer not to have a car. Arrival time is usually 4pm. Departure time is usually 11am. These times can be flexible depending on other bookings etc.
Conditions
20% Deposit required to secure the dates required.
Balance due 6 weeks prior to commencement.
Cancellation charges 6-3 weeks 50% of total holiday cost. Less than 3 weeks 100% of total holiday cost.
£30 key deposit required, returned when in receipt of keys after your stay.
Guests can access the Villa at 4pm unless an alternative time has been pre agreed.
Guests need to vacate the Villa by 11am unless an alternative time has been pre agreed.
Cleaning fees are required to be left in the property on departure. 50 euros plus 5 euros per guest.
Long Lets are very welcome in Low Season and the price will be negotiated on request.
